I was really looking forward to one of their sandwiches for lunch today but I ended up very disappointed.
Steak sandwich had several very large, very tough pieces of fat. I couldn't have eaten it if I tried, and trust me I did.
The first mouthful of it was one thing but after the second and third I felt like I had wasted money on a sandwich that I couldn't enjoy.
For about 20 dollars I'd hope that what I'm getting didn't feel lazy or like they cut corners in a rush.

Went here for the first time today. Ordered the Malaka sandwich. It was delicious, the mozzarella tasted so creamy and fresh. I need to know what mozzarella they use or do they make it themselves, it was so good. Looking forward to coming back to try another sandwich. Bring cash, because it's Cash Only.

Disappointed ?. Did some research before arrival and settled on the chicken Parm. Usually don't do chicken because it's often overcooked and dry. Spoke with the gentleman at counter about this beforehand. Sandwich was dry and bread was overcooked. My Son liked his cheese steak, I thought the meat was also overcooked. Staff was super friendly

I ordered 2 sandwiches for myself & my friend yesterday. My sandwich was fine but my friend’s sandwich (roast beef) had an odor to it; she tasted it & apparently, in her opinion, it wasn’t fresh roast beef. It certainly didn’t look fresh when she pulled the sandwich apart & saw roast beef which appeared well done & did not look appetizing. She’ll call Charlie’s to tell them. My sandwich (chicken) was nothing like the photos on their website or in other reviews.I had never ordered from them before but only did because of the reviews.

Last weekend I had my cousins 1st birthday party and my aunt recommended this place. When I tell you the food was outstanding I mean it! The owner Charlie is a fantastic guy very respectful and honest! His food is to die for, especially the fish, sandwiches and everything he brought! This is getting a 5-Star review! I would highly Recommend this place for your next event! Definitely Worth trying I’m telling you! You won’t be disappointed :)

We had Charlie's cater our Daughter's first birthday party for 60 people and they knocked it out the park. We had 3 different 3 foot sandwiches, chicken franchise, penne vodka, shrimp oreganta , chicken with chilli peppers, potatoe croquettes, rice balls along with a few other dishes and when i tell you it reminded me of when my grandfather's cooking true authentic old-school family cooking. The service was white glove treatment. Charlie's sandwich shop hands down should be a restaurant, there food is phenomenal!Thank you again for everything
