Excellent customer service! There was one guy there and he memorized an order for 4 people! Was completely kind and the service was impressively fast. Very clean which I wasn't expecting for the area but 10/10 would go there again because the food was amazing! ? ?

As a long time resident of the neighborhood, this Checkers deserves 5 stars. Every time I come in the employees look happy working together. Very nice people and efficient. Normally there’s 3 workers. One on the cashier one burgers site and one cooking, the cashier will help the cook. They are fast & efficient. Never had any issues with the food.The cashier name Badsha he is outstanding person.Every time I saw him he took our orders very happily and spoke to us very politely

I had to fight to order food from here telling the person paying it was good because I ate it all the time downsouth... I was wronggg the chicken bites were not fresh and didn't taste good. The fish sandwich was like school lunch fish. I only like the chicken sandwich which I ask for no lettuce and got a bunch of lettuce ?. And the fries were good. And the sweet tea was good. Maybe it's just good in the South not New York. I got the " should of bought Wendy's" I will only eat the fries only.

I go here a few times a week. The workers are all great the 3 guys and 1 lady that work in the afternoon. They are all very nice and they always make me and my wife's food great. Completely recommend.

Says they close at 2am and turns people away at 1:30am and wont give people their MOBILE orders on top of not taking coupons AND giving cold stale fries with the aftertaste o a decaying carcass . Avoid this one you all, the service and food is deplorable.

I ordered online clearly the crew doesn’t care about uber eats orders. I ordered a high C fruit punch and received a strawberry Fanta which I cannot consume. This was a large size before I ordered I called the store two times because I always have these issues with deliveries because restaurants do not care about delivery orders and it’s unfortunate because now I cannot get my money back. As a restaurant if you don’t have a product take it off the delivery menu, do not substitute it for a look a like that’s literally scamming. Also the five piece hot wings that I ordered were so stale as the fries were also cold and you can tell that they were sitting for a very long time I also tried to call the store after receiving this order three times, and no answer again. So my whole order was wasted an Uber eats will not refund me nor will the store will pick up the phone
