I hate to do this, because there’s some cool guys who work there, but the last three times I ordered, it’s been a different crew, and all three times my order, which I request no mayo on, is plastered on both sides of the protein with mayo, so overwhelming it makes me not want to eat the sandwich, and this has happened three times in a row, something got to give… and PLEASE turn the music back on, it’s depressing walking in there

I ordered through the mobile app one night an hour before they closed and drove over to the restaurant. As I’m pulling up I see them mopping the floors. I tried the doors and they were locked and the associate mopping yells at me that they are closed. I point to my phone and say I placed an order on my phone. He kept saying we’re closed, we closed early. Eventually he gets the shift manager who says they closed early and that they couldn’t cancel the order now and that I’d have to come back the next day after 11 to get my order. I called customer service but they were closed. The next day I called back and they said it would take 5-7 business days for my money to be refunded. No sorry, nothing. I ended up having to refute the charge through my bank to get the money back. Don’t use their app for any reason!!

My best friend was visiting from Florida and he was excited to see checkers close to where I live. He was excited for their chicken sandwiches which he’s quite familiar with. I’m incredibly sorry and ashamed at what he received. I wish we thought to take a picture, but disgust had us dispose of the evidence quickly. Buns with specs of mold on the bottom 🤮 traumatized, we found our way to a pizza joint close by to try to forget the experience. But this is an experience that will not be forgotten. Not by me. Not by either of us as long as we live. Boo
