I recently visited Checkers with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, I left feeling utterly disappointed. From the moment I took my first bite, it was evident that the food quality fell far below expectations. The burger was dry and tasteless, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The fries were limp and greasy, lacking any semblance of crispiness. Even the drink seemed watered down and lacked flavor.To make matters worse, the overall cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables were sticky, the floors were dirty, and the restroom was in dire need of attention. It was evident that proper hygiene and sanitation practices were not a priority.Overall, my experience at Checkers was nothing short of disappointing. The subpar food quality and lack of cleanliness left a sour taste in my mouth, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to others.

The service is so bad. First they took 25 min to make my order. Secondly I told them to please put mayo on the bun and they just gave me the food without any sauce. I asked them respectfully to just put mayo. Some old homeless looking guy came and threw the food at me. He was working there. He looked so unhygienic, and wasn’t wearing any uniform or gloves. The staff is so disrespectful.

First time ever come to try Checkers. I came at 12:04am, was curious about the menu and the brand. So Tamaria was very friendly and patiently explain to me the menu about healthy choices and fried chicken choices, also the brand. I almost thought this was her store because she has that good vibe like this is her business and she cares about it.The other chef Sarah was also nice and efficient. Love the place and great customer service. Definitely recommend! All 5 stars for a fast food restaurant
