Every time I come to this location the workers have an issue with customers using the rewards program. Every single time. This is the only checkers in this area which I think management takes advantage of knowing that customers have no choice but to return if they want fast food from checkers. So this location has made no improvements. Today’s excuse was that they had no internet so they couldn’t allow me to use the app in person. So the team member suggested I place a mobile order, which also didn’t work because the location is not listed on the checkers app. They are listed on uber but not the actual checkers app. I received no assistance past that. It is ridiculous how they treat customers. Very disappointing.

I just had Checkers at this location, and the food was Excellent. Had 2 big bufords. Buy 1 and get 1 free I know the owner here because he also owns Popeyes in Brighton Beach. The burgers were so juicy. No need for Mayo on it.

The service was ridiculous. The food made me sick after eating it. It was hands down the worst checkers location I have been too. The chicken was not thoroughly cooked. The staff were pleasant but inefficient.
Worst food service ever I spent $40 in food could not even get a refund. Food was soggy and smelled spoiled and expire. The location didn’t even have water or soda to buy and manager was very rude. Will not recommend.

If I could give this place negative stars I would they stole my money and I've been fighting with the manager and company to get my refund for over a month because they night worker stole my order and closed early and apparently the only place the owner communicates is through the reviews so I hope you see this Mr Khaled and Just so u know I filed a complaint with the BBB
