The food wasn't that great, sadly. I only liked the simple salad out of all the dishes we got.

Everything was amazing. We'd been to the Hells Kitchen location previously but wanted to try this one. We took our 6 year old son with us and he LOVED the food. We ordered a little bit of everything so that we had leftovers to take home, and everything we ordered was incredible, even so the next day. We will definitely be back.

Perfect place for a meal that will lift your mood and keep you warm on a brisk autumn or winter evening. 10/10.

Must-try dishes: Lobio (hearty vegetarian stew), Cheese Penovani (melted cheese in dough), Khinkali (Georgian soup dumplings). Be sure to grab a Georgian beer as well. I like the Kazbegi.

Phenomenal food, ambience, and location. Highly recommend with plenty of options that don’t include cheese (if that’s an issue for you). Staff is so nice and accommodating. Liza served us last time we went and made some excellent recommendations. She was fantastic!

I’ve always loved the Hell’s Kitchen location — it’s got a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and a genuinely inclusive vibe. So I was excited to check out the Brooklyn spot, but the experience was honestly terrible.

Our server was openly rude and dismissive from the start, treating us very differently from the other tables. At one point, we overheard him make a homophobic comment about us to another server, clearly assuming we couldn’t hear. It was uncomfortable, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. From that moment on, the entire experience felt tense and hostile. When we asked about the menu, his responses were short and condescending, and we were rushed through the meal and handed the check abruptly.

To top it off, the food portions were smaller and nowhere near the quality of the Hell’s Kitchen location. It’s disappointing that a restaurant known for being LGBTQ+ friendly would employ someone who behaves this way. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

I had high hopes for this restaurant, but my experience was disappointing. The food was just okay, and the service was quite slow.

The dessert, “Napoleon”, took forever to come and wasn’t enjoyable, it had a buttery texture that I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I hope they can improve their service!

I am very disappointed. I’ve been here for couple of times, but this time was not good. I was the first customer today, but somehow food took very long and dessert took forever and when it came, it tasted like butter. We didn’t eat the dessert, but they still charged us. I’ve recommended this place to lots of my non-Georgian friends, but not doing it anymore.

Best Georgian places in NYC, for the food, the ambiance and especially Giorgi, who knows so much the local culture and will be your best ally to pick your next favorite plate!

The cheeseboats are so delicious - we really enjoyed the one with leeks. The soup dumplings are good but MASSIVE and you get quite a few of them. Staff was kind and friendly.
