Chef Katsu is a delicious restaurant that always does you right with their delicious food and sandwiches that will bring your tastebuds joy plus the staff will always greet you with a smile.
Haven't seen any reviews mention their shrimp katsu sandwich, which I think is amazing. The patty tastes fresh and you can see whole pieces of shrimp in it, and yet it's still incredibly juicy and crispy. The bun is fluffy, the tartar sauce is perfect -- it's just such a well-done sandwich that you can't find in many places!

got the salmon katsu burger and it was delicious wow! very nice and mild flavor. I ended up adding spicy mustard at the end of my burger to give it a little kick, but I really didn’t mind the subtlety of it.
comes on a brioche bun with slaw. so so good. I would definitely have it again! also it’s pretty filling.
