Used to go to this place all the time when I lived in the neighborhood. They have a great vegan selection which isn’t always my favorite but glad there’s options. Their non vegan pastries are always great, super fresh. I always kept coming back for the sandwiches. The cauliflower sandwich is so delicious I think about it all the time. I’m not doing it justice in the photo. The bread is tough sometimes as some other reviews say but most of the time really brings the whole thing together in a delicious way.
The coffee is good and they have nice seasonal syrup flavors, but the food really is the best part..

I’m not normally one to write a bad review and this is a place I’ve frequented a lot always been treated well and had consistently great food. I hadn’t visited in about a year but was looking forward to the power bowl which was always perfection but I was given old stale food. The bowl was missing pickeled cabbage as well as avocado. The brussels were brown and chickpeas were hard, old and dry. Not sure if it’s an off day but def a disappointing plate. Pic below of the bowl before and today’s bowl

I stopped by this café today and had a really disappointing experience. As soon as I walked in, no one greeted me. No “hello” or any acknowledgment at all. Instead, the first thing I heard was that I could not be inside with my small dog. I explained I just wanted to get something to go, but they still told me to leave my dog outside. That is not something I am willing to do, so I walked right back out.
I understand some places have rules about pets, but the way it was handled felt unwelcoming and abrupt. A simple greeting before anything else would go a long way. Anywhere that treats customers and their pets this way will not be getting my business.
