This is a zoo. I really can't say anything good. They don't even attempt to control the kids that come in here and just wreck the place, yell, scream, bully, and threaten people. There's trash everywhere. People steal orders that aren't theirs. Many just come in to screw around and have no intention of ordering, just cause trouble, leave filth behind, and take up space that could be utilized by paying customers.Additionally, every single order I've placed here has been incorrect and missing items. Every single one.

Generally fine but too many order mess ups. Ordered some spicy chicken egg and cheese biscuits and was given sausage egg and cheese instead. Didn't recognize me when I came back and had to pay again and have too many sandwiches

I was greeted immediately by a worker with an ipad the moment I entered and my order was taken right away. The cashier was friendly and I was able to get as many sauces as I wanted. The space inside was clean and food arrived very quickly. I would definitely recommend this location for takeout. The chicken was crispy, fresh and perfect. Definitely superior food and service compared to the herald square location.

Food comes out at a good amount of time, crowded most of the time. Sometimes hard to get a seat to sit since there are few. But food is good, service is fast considering how crowded it gets.

The place is good but on the night shift there is an employee named Francisco who treats the employees badly and the customers, I really don't know how there are people, how he is working with the public, a total idiot yells at him as if they were his children, they have to drink letters in the matter and fire this guy

I went today to this establishment for the first time and never will I ever come here again. My spicy chicken tasted off, didn’t seem fresh, especially the lettuce. Few hours later my stomach felt weird and i was running to the bathroom. The food here gave me diarrhea. Disgusting place. Never again.

Only location in Brooklyn, so it’s naturally busy. The crew are always courteous and polite. Food is great.. as with all their locations. Good amount of seating. Just be wary that they’re full after school hours, so don’t expect to find a seat. It’s also great that they’re centrally located.Hopefully they open more locations in Brooklyn & in boroughs other than Manhattan.
I was assisted by an employee named Kayla last night. She was awesome our food took a lil longer than expected to come out so she came over and explained that my soup was what was holding up the order she was courteous and professional and even gave us for next time we visit a chik fil a Thanks chik fil a for hiring such great

Ordered (2) spicy chicken deluxe sandwiches, (2) 4 pc chicken strips & (2) shakes. Cost via Uber eats with $12 tip, nearly $90. Between price gouging & fees, this is insane.This is fast food, not chef prepared food. And the size of the shakes shrunk, sleazy business practice. Food portion gets smaller, but price increases, disgusted.
