Hi My Brother John And his girlfriend Regina come to this Resturant your crispy chicken sandwiches and fries are delcious and my ear was bleeding because a sharp bone ripped my skin off

Staff called the police on young black teenagers, some of whom ordered food and were enjoying their meals when police came and kicked them out, and LIED saying they were fighting to get the police to come in a certain way. I found it truly disgusting how they criminalized these innocent teens. Shame on you all! I witnessed this around 4PM on 02/12.

I brought a market salad that had 4 sliced pieces of chicken in it . I was mad as hell because that salad cost 11.99. I call customer service and I was told that someone would reach out to me about the situation. Never heard from the restaurant. I received better service from an Arkansas Chick fil a than the city where I reside. It’s a shame ripping an elderly customer off. I won’t go back there!!!!!😡

Shannon is an awesome person and helper. He made me feel very much accommodated.
Chicken burger was amazing. The fries was nice and warm and the service was very quick. I was very surprised because there was a whole line with like 30 people and I still got my order under five minutes. And they’re very very clean and they put some decorations around because of Christmas and other holidays.

Hopefully you don’t get Nyla the cashier. If that’s her name. Not only does she think lying is a great customer service tactic, she’ll walk away from you after giving you the wrong change. Another worker had to handle the transaction but even then they didn’t seem like they wanted to help me at all. As if I’m in the wrong. First and last time at a chic fil a.
