I placed an order on the app - it said it would start my order as I was across that street. I waited outside the spot for 30 minutes. When they finally acknowledged me; they told me they were closed and couldn’t fulfill my order and blamed me for not marking myself as arrive, despite the app still saying starting the order was based off my proximity.
A huge waste money I still have yet to get back as well as money.

Very disappointing customer service. Employees here are lazy. All the tables were dirty. They were too lazy to bring the food to my table. They brought the food all the other tables except mine. Lazy employees.

I’ve only ever came in twice for breakfast and it’s a very clean and relaxed atmosphere and the employees have a good attitude and the food is fresh. Noah took my order this morning and went above and beyond. Also the restroom is very clean !

The customer service was beautiful. I was assisted by a gentleman who I believe was a manager. He was kind and his smile no worries we'll take care of it. I appreciated it. I felt like a person and not a number walking in the door.

They never pack orders correctly or pay attention to customer orders. I request utensils for delivery and never receive any. Are we supposed to eat a salad with our hands? Get it together!

Beware! This establishment says online it closes at 11:30 but it does not, it closes at 11pm. Very rude staff turned us away at 11pm on the dot, despite us having a confirmed order and charge on our card, with zero recourse. Literally reporting as fraud to get our money back. Very bad customer experience.

CHICK FIL A WHAT IS THIS BEHAVIOR??? LARGE SIZE FRIES served as a small size portion. I did not pay for a small size. DISAPPOINTING!!! Customer service at the register and placing the order was good. Environment was good. Food prep takes a very long time plus the smaller quantity is just unacceptable.
