Stood outside for almost 15 minutes. They didn't help anyone and treated everyone like they werent worthy of acknowledgement. Worst service I've seen in a while

Food always taste the same. They keep the place clean. You have to ask for napkins which I thought was weird. The service is good for ordering in store but not the best when coming in for a pick up order. They don’t make it unless you confirm you’re there which is the opposite of a pick up order. Unless you ask about your pick up order, no one really greets you at the pick up counter. All and all I still go back because the food is good.

The establishment was very busy, which you couldn't directly blame them for, but it did also appear to be poorly run/managed.

Any other location ChikfilA is a great experience. This location however is comparable to the McDonalds across the street. They are impolite and mean here. I’ve gotten the server “Deeana” several times and every time it’s an unnecessary negative attitude and lack of attention. For example, one time she had me waiting on my dragonfruit lemonade for 15 minutes, I had already received my food from the other workers so I just told them that it was missing and they took care of it. This most recent time that I visited, I came with a friend. She entered my portion of the order into the kiosk and as they were telling her theirs, she completely ignored them and they had to repeat themselves twice to her. Just very unpleasant, unfriendly and inattentive staff. What a shameful representation of my favorite chicken spot.

The service at this location isn’t good. The food is below standards. Fries were cold and over cooked. I had an issue and asked the manager for assistance and he was no help whatsoever. Some of the staff at locations should work at a lesser fast food chain. They shouldn’t be employed at chic fill a. That being said I’ll travel down to the location by Barclays instead of this one.

I must say this place exceeded my expectation they are consistent with their customer service food is always delicious never have an issue. I never had to return anything and that is quite rare. Food is always hot and tasty.
