The guy working the counter seemed sooooo detached, uninterested. Not rude, just really detached. The chicken was delicious though, not dry, crispy, juicy, flavorful and the slaw, pickle and sauce completed it. I would like to go back if I lived closer.

The food was tasteless. The fries were full of grease, as well as the chicken (to the point you couldn’t taste anything else). Also, the smoothie had this strange taste to it, as if it was made with old fruits. I wouldn’t recommend this place. One more star for the customers service, the lady was nice.

Ordered a deal they were running via DoorDash. FOOD- while the food was well prepared, it was tasteless. The mac & cheese was the worst, there was a heavy taste of flour. The chicken also had no seasoning, but was well done and the veggies were fresh so points for that. SERVICE- so I couldn’t add any instructions to the order so I called over the phone to let the gentleman know how I wanted everything. And he was so very nice. OVERALL- I wouldn’t recommend this to Black people, but I would recommend it to white people. You know they don’t care much for seasoning on their food.

I was hankering for protein and spotted this establishment on my way back to my hotel. I wasn't hungry for a meal, just a piece of chicken, and it turns out you can order just one chicken tender. It was a bit of a wait but was it worth it! Quite possibly the best fried chicken I've ever had, and that's saying something, as I'm a Southerner who's eaten at countless fried chicken outlets! This chicken tender was just that - TENDER! Crispy on the outside, moist on the inside. Just perfect. Bravo Chicken Koop!!
