I must say that this place surprised me (in a good way). It didn't look like it was anything to write home about but the service was great. During these cold days the bartender offered me one of their special drinks and it was so nice to drink a warm whisky cocktail.

Now, tacos. They are really really really good. I had carnitas and chorizo and would recommend both. No need to go all the way down to Bushwick imo.

Really used to love Chilos — unfortunately, the quality of the food has really dropped in the last few years. Still a great spot to grab a drink and sit outside, but the taco quality is mid at best.

We love Chilo's- we've been going there since it opened in 2015. Most importantly for us, the food is delicious- we're fans of the duck taco (sooo good), the smoked beef taco, the tortas, and of course, the frozen margaritas! Chip and the rest of the crew are super friendly, and the relaxed vibe there is so welcoming. When the weather is nice, the open patio area is absolutely the place to be.
We are so lucky to have this place in the neighborhood!
