They sent the wrong order. Ok, mistakes happen. I called and after speaking to several people, they sent the right order. I had ordered Kung Pao shrimp and an egg roll. It had 4 shrimp in it, cubed carrots, pieces of baby corn, big chunks of green peppers, and tons of chunks of hard green stuff. I have no idea what it was. I called and spoke to several people who said they were the manager. I was told the green stuff was chinese cabbage. This was NOT chinese cabbage. I asked what should be in their Kung Pao shrimp. What they said was in it was not what I received. Then the guy said I was given the wrong info about the chinese cabbage. Now he tells me the hard green stuff is broccoli! That is not any broccoli that I have ever seen. The guy insisted the chef made it the right way. I told him to come pick up the food and he could see for himself what I received. The entire dish went in the garbage. The menu on the website is very old too. The prices are higher now and they charged me $1 for delivery. Very bad customer service. I won't be ordering from this place again.

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. PLACE KEEPS GETTING WORSE WITH THE FOOD KEEPS GETTING MORE EXPENSIVE AND NOW EVEN THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD.Today they wouldn’t deliver because I didn’t reach a $12 minimum, which is ridiculous when you already charge a delivery fee but want you me to order with a minimum… does that make any sense. The delivery guy always gets a $5 tip minimum regardless the amount.What is crazy is you guys have been getting worse the couple of months, once the food came with hair but i didn’t have to complain or bring it up to you guys and was still supporting you guys, I have been getting food from here for the past 2 years and never had a problem until now and whoever the new girl is taking the orders is really bad at her job, like why does it take so long to order with her. Bring the lady that barely spoke English but was quick and somehow still always got the order right.If anyone has the same issues can you please some recommend some better local spots.

Posting this very negative review in hopes that feedback can lead to change.What happened to the kind, friendly people who used to run this place? I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 15 years and enjoyed China City for just as long. Customer service has gone down the drain. The new lady who works the phone is a deal-breaker. I gave her several attempts, we all have bad days, but she is invariably rude and is in fact getting meaner over time. Used to be a great takeout restaurant for many, many years, and it took one individual with an attitude problem only one year to ruin my very high perception of this long-standing business. I’m not alone in this view.*food is still awesome!!! always was. if you have a high tolerance for being treated like garbage, give it a try, would hate for this community staple to lose business because of someone’s unprofessional conduct*
