This goes far beyond bad service. In addition to my own horrific experience at CHINA EXPRESS in Brooklyn, NY - customers have reported serious health concerns including RATS 🐀 spotted in the kitchen (as well as their excrement, yes their feces, on the floor), COCKROACHES 🪳 and other insects 🪰 found in food, as well as severe food poisoning after consuming food from China Express.
Additionally, customer reviews for China Express in Brooklyn also cite: • Customers reporting food poisoning • A fly cooked into the food • Multiple people witnessing rats behind the counter and ON the counter • Employees touching food with filthy hands, no gloves, no washing • Staff coughing over the food • Repeated complaints of old, spoiled, days-old chicken • A pattern of charging people and not delivering the order • Staff yelling at customers when questioned

I order delivery from China Express. Fried Baby Shrimp at this place is pretty good. I also get Beef Chow Fun which is a broad rice noodle stir-fried. Pork Fried Rice that fried with roasted pork and Hot & Sour soup. Food came on time and very thing is in correct order.

SO good! Ordered a General Tso’s with broccoli and house lo mein $21 total. A little bit pricey but after tasting it, it’s so worth it. Both the chicken and lo mein were perfectly seasoned. Chicken was crispy and saucy. Broccoli is fresh.
