Then they gave me a container with rice hidden underneath and just covered it with chicken and broccoli—felt like a scam. They claimed it “comes with rice,” but I’ve never had it like that at other Chinese restaurants. Would not recommend.

Classic chinese takeout little DIVE, not fancy, its new york take out classic , basic space, solid flavors, cooked crisp but not overcooked The beancurd broccoli in curry sauce hit the spot in 2026 Just as well as 2017 when i ordered from here when i lived around the corner

Imagine you are going in just to get a soda and you put your food down on the counter. And then the employee knocks all your food over and does not offer to pay you back or anything and is just smiling there. I understand mistakes happen but I feel very annoyed and upset by that.

You know it's good when the sign out front is old and dirty, the menu inside is faded to hell, it's cash (or Zelle) only, and you exchange everything through a literal hole in the wall.
The food does not disappoint. You'll pay for a normal amount of chicken and walk out with a whole coop. And it'll be exactly what you hoped for. So good.
