Food is great, service was fast, and the sweet and sour chicken comes separated from the sauce. Crunchy chicken and toasty fried rice 10/10

Even to the fact that I’m seeing some negative reviews one star I have to say just from my experience alone the other day it was cool and pleasant. The lady at the front desk was very respectful kind and the food was definitely on point wasn’t that expensive either?

The woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude; simply because I couldn't understand her due to the kitchen noise in the background, she hung up on me, and when I called back, she did the same thing as soon as she realized it was me. Honestly, what a terrible service,
What a bad service.

New owner, which I have no problem with. The food did change. Lo mein was super oily. Chicken wings were way over coated with flour. Egg roll doesn’t have flavor. The wings were expensive but it came in 6 instead of 4 which most take out do and I would rather prefer that.
I miss the old school Chinese take outs from 20-30 years ago where they actually made their own egg rolls instead of buying pre made ones.
Coming from someone whose families that owned those.

Terrible service from the front desk. She kept saying I had to pay cash only. I told her I’m paying by card. She mumbled something in her own language and took my card with a really annoyed look. Left a bad impression. I’m not coming back here again.

Recently Jade Flower became China Moon. The prices almost doubled and the food quality is absolutely horrendous! No flavor whatsoever. The shrimps, they don’t even bother to clean the poop out and they tasted horrible. I got seven dishes there, including four egg rolls. I don’t know how they did it, but they even managed to ruin egg rolls! Eddie who used to own Jade Flower, (Now China Moon) with his wife, knew how to put out quality food! I literally have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and I will tell you, since the new owner took over and now it’s called China Moon, I will never ever ever eat anything from there again!! Trust me when I tell you, every single one of the dishes I got was worse than the other. No taste whatsoever! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where you can enjoy your meal, and certainly that would NOT be China Moon!! Absolutely so disappointing!!!!!

The man working there has terrible customer service and gives off nothing but bad vibes. He was rude and dismissive the entire time, making the whole experience uncomfortable. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers—I won’t be coming back.

These people are illegally charging 10$ to use a card as minimum and that is illegal in nyc

This is a low key gem in the area. Fresh Chinese food. A little overpriced though. I would not be able to afford going there often.

The receptionist was rude and she was talking extremely fast, I asked her to repeat the order and she mumbled in her own language knowing I do not speak Chinese or whatever language she was speaking. It’s a shame I been coming here since many years and the service is awful. Do better!!!! Fix your attitude.

When this place was closed temporarily, we tried other places, but nothing came close. This is some of the best Chinese food around!
