Recently Jade Flower became China Moon. The prices almost doubled and the food quality is absolutely horrendous! No flavor whatsoever. The shrimps, they don’t even bother to clean the poop out and they tasted horrible. I got seven dishes there, including four egg rolls. I don’t know how they did it, but they even managed to ruin egg rolls! Eddie who used to own Jade Flower, (Now China Moon) with his wife, knew how to put out quality food! I literally have been going to this restaurant for over 30 years and I will tell you, since the new owner took over and now it’s called China Moon, I will never ever ever eat anything from there again!! Trust me when I tell you, every single one of the dishes I got was worse than the other. No taste whatsoever! Do yourself a favor, go somewhere where you can enjoy your meal, and certainly that would NOT be China Moon!! Absolutely so disappointing!!!!!

The man working there has terrible customer service and gives off nothing but bad vibes. He was rude and dismissive the entire time, making the whole experience uncomfortable. This place clearly doesn’t value its customers—I won’t be coming back.

The receptionist was rude and she was talking extremely fast, I asked her to repeat the order and she mumbled in her own language knowing I do not speak Chinese or whatever language she was speaking. It’s a shame I been coming here since many years and the service is awful. Do better!!!! Fix your attitude.

They raised the prices significantly, as well as cut portion sizes, but don't have the new menus, nor are the changes online. I have been in the hospitality business a long time. You do not charge 20% more if you dont have the updated menus. Also, the woman who takes orders does not speak English well, and 2 of my last 3 orders were incorrect. It was wonderful as Jade Flower. Not so much as China Moon.
I have been going here since i was a kid, their food is always consistent and delicious! Their soup is also incredibly slept on, honestly my favourite in the area!
