The owner of this establishment needs to take a look at what their employees are doing. I came here at 4:30 PM on a Wednesday to grab food and saw a “temporarily closed” sign on the door. There were clearly multiple employees inside doing nothing on their phones. This isn’t the first time this has happened either.

Just door dashed food at 6:30pm Tuesday, ordered extra chicken and got the normal amount, everything was horribly portioned, no lettuce, no beans, no cheese
Limited food selection. Not so nicely set up room. It was clean ok. Food was also ok. Except not much to choose from. The boy with the glasses was really sweet and nice. Helped with the order and paid attention when I was inquiring about the food.
Overall ok place.

So i walked into the place and was immediately told that I could not place the order and would have to place the order online, which is absolutely ridiculous. When you're turning down physical customers in the store to only take online orders. You should be in the business of taking physical orders from customers in your store and then stopping your online orders Because you don't have the manpower to cover it.

Went on 12/13 at around 7:30 PM with BOGO and staff handled everything professionally informing customers on the policy and trying to help all. Typically with Chipotle, the only difference is the customer service and here it was great.

Place was filthy. No ice and half the sodas were out. Chicken was really salty. Chips weren't bad. One extra star because they did have my online order ready. Just lazy employees to have the place so filthy.

The customer service at this location is excellent. Chipotle is usually very busy, but the staff is always polite and friendly. I chose to come to the Cropsey Ave location even though there’s one closer to my home. Thank you for the great job!

When we told the employees of cilantro allergies, they proceeded to provide rice with cilantro. When we pointed it out, they went to the back with attitude and brought back a small portion of rice. The prices for the portions are also absurd, we paid over 50$ for two bowls. Not visiting chipotle until some
serious changes are made.

They almost killed me. I told them I have allergies to cilantro, they still managed to add cilantro. Not sure if it was a mistake or the carelessness of hiring 15 year olds to handle food. Anyways, $50 for two bowls filled with mostly rice, barely any chicken, and a death note… yea passssss
