I do not know if it’s because they are shortstaffed today 9/5/25 or the worker had a bad day. Took over 45 mins to get a bowl while the 1 person on the line was multitasking. The fact they throw the food on your bowl with an attitude, made me feel like in a jail food line.

This location is horrible. The website said closed at 1am. I am here with my children and I team members is seated inside eating near the rear door that is locked and told me to walk to the front. It is 8:15 am. The front door was closed and there are 4 people near the register ignoring us at the front door that is locked. After 5 minutes a man walked up and said they only take online orders. I called multiple times and I see them ignoring the calls.i am so annoyed. I go to the website and it says open. This is disgusting!!! Horrible customer service. The man outside said this is there normal routine. Just horrible!!!

Ordered my food online at 7:20 PM, said food would be ready 7:40PM drove to location only for them to have customers waiting outside for their food in the wind, with only one customers inside for whatever reason, I am still standing outside at 8:10 PM waiting for my food. Not great customer service.

i usually don’t leave reviews, but i feel the need to let everyone know how terrible this location is. i’ve tried to give it a chance, but not only are they extremely stingy with portions, but they wont put ANY of your add-ons in your bowl if you’re ordering delivery. Extremely disappointing, theres other locations south brooklyn that you’re better off going to.

So they only take mobile orders, it doesn’t make sense, but it wouldn’t bother me if they didn’t take unnecessary long wait. There were barely any people there and its took forever to get my food. It was dirt everywhere, workers are extremely rude they had attitude with me when i told them thers items missing from my order.
