From zero to hero. This used to be a really bad Chipotle location. The food was consistently salty, dry, and greasy. I don’t know what happened, but this all changed a few weeks ago. Perhaps new policies or better employees and management. The food is FRESH, not over-salted and the place is clean. Possibly the best Chipotle in south Brooklyn.

I was helped this afternoon by a young man named Kewin, we was very efficient and understanding (since I always have a unique order). Very polite and fast. This is a busy area so I’m sure this staff is used to working hard, and probably hear lots of complaints. But I wanted to take the time to say that they are doing a great job . Thank you Kewin and thanks to the rest of the staff.

I always order online for pickup, and like most chipotle, it can be a hit or miss. My overall experience has been good, if you're lucky the girls fulfilling the online pickup orders will give you a fair amount of toppings and cooked never really had a issue with the food besides a few charred or burnt veggies. The pickup times are pretty on point and never had any issues.

I would leave zero stars if I could.Staff was really rude. They ran out of black beans..completely ran out of the whole store. It's noon. No excuse. Either way I asked if they could put guacamole for the inconvenience of not having the beans I like. I know it's extra, but they had zero black beans. I got an attitude and a no. Also the peppers were thrown into my burrito with an attitude. I was charged for it with an attitude. The burrito was extremely salty on top of it. I wouldn't suggest coming here and IWill not return.

I used to love going to this location since it was so close and always clean. I’m not sure what’s happened in the past couple months but the staff has consistently been rude. My last straw was when an employee accidentally scooped some stray corn into my burrito. I kindly asked if he’d please take it out of the burrito and with a begrudging huff, scoff, and eye roll, he did. I myself work in food service so I always try to be nice and am consistently greeted with hostility from the staff. I’ve given this location so many chances and have been nothing but disappointed this past year.

Extremely slow staff with zero urgency during busy hours. My food was watery and soggy and I couldn't finish it.
This chipotle used to be my go-to, now I will be going the extra drive to 86th street. We went 6pm on a weekday, barely any food, no veggies, and all the trays looked empty. The girl at the cashier was rude, I got a salad where the vinaigrette was a spoonful in the container. I asked for another one and got no response from the worker. There was food everywhere on the floor, not exaggerating that. Last time coming to this location.

This place is a big ol dookie. I birth to my kid in the bathroom and all they did was tell me go grow a pair and gave me a rag. That kid is messed up and is in juvie for asking a man where the local crack shop is. At the age of 4 he was a black belt and knew how to work a grenade launcher! Sponsored by Haspro!

Regular ole chipotle. Not a fan of the inaccessible door in the parking lot that was locked when it was raining out and I was forced to walk to the middle of the store which is where their main entrance is.
