This place at Bay Ridge, Brooklyn has a very rude manager. She doesn’t know what customer service is or how to talk to people. I don’t know how some people like that can work as customer front facing.

I visited this Chipotle (86th Street between 3rd & 4th Ave) on December 28th at approximately 3:45 PM, and had a very disappointing experience. There was no line at all, and I was standing at the counter in the spot where you begin ordering your bowl. No one greeted me — not even a simple “hello” or “I’ll be right with you.” Multiple staff members saw me and didn’t acknowledge me.
Then, two new customers walked in after me, and both of them were greeted immediately, while I continued to be ignored. I finally said, “Hey, hello, I’m waiting,” and the employee responded, “He’ll be with you in a minute.” The person who was supposed to help me then continued doing whatever they were already doing without looking at me, acknowledging me, or giving any update. After that, I walked out.
Basic acknowledgement matters. Guests shouldn’t have to work for attention in an empty restaurant. I hope management addresses this, because experiences like this are discouraging and easily preventable. Especially for someone who was very hungry truly looking forward to enjoying a meal from Chipotle

Horrible! I had a truly disappointing experience at this location. The person who assisted me was rude and had a noticeable attitude. When my husband decided to add an order of chips to his order at the last minute, both employees became visibly upset—even though the store was completely empty (we were thr only ones there) and it was still an hour before closing.
To make matters worse, I was charged a full price for guacamole, yet the container was nearly empty and I was only given a small spoonful. This felt dishonest and disrespectful.
Overall, the service was unacceptable, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. You can't complain in the website because there is not an option for it.
Really dishonest policy in which you can't even complain about the service!!!

Very small portions. I feel robbed. Also, they ALWAYS keep upstairs closed, causing downstairs to be very crowded at times. I can’t count how many times I had to take my order to-go due to this silly issue. I called management about this and they said it’s bc high schoolers are drawing on the wall. That’s your excuse to ruin it for 99% of your costumers? You have cameras and can add their photos on the wall to scare others from doing the same. Don’t ruin it for the hundreds of costumers you have everyday due to a few idiots. PLEASE ALLOW US TO EAT UPSTAIRS ASWELL. I always clean after myself and sometimes even clean after some people who weren’t raised by smart parents. I don’t want to sit next to strangers and eat so close to them. I have social anxiety and you’re making my life (& others) harder since I come here almost every day, but not anymore. Due to price increases and smaller portions, I’m done with chipotle.

This location is absolutely ridiculous. Every time I ask for a simple WATER CUP, it’s a whole different story. Some employees will say yes and give it to me, while others flat-out say “we don’t have any.” with an attitude. Which one is it?? It’s the SAME Chipotle on the SAME day but different employee, so why am I getting different answers every time I come in? Feels like they’re just making it up depending on who’s working. I’m paying for food here, the least you can do is be consistent and not act like giving out a tiny water cup is some big deal. Do better, Chipotle!

My go - to order is a chicken burrito bowl. I get chipotle once a week or once every two weeks. I got it last Friday and the Friday before that. The chicken has been WAY too salty. It is not even enjoyable. Not to mention how chewy the chicken has been. It's not even edible. I also feel like the ingredients are not fresh at all. My rice was literally sticking to the bowl. Chipotle has not been enjoyable the past couple of weeks.

I don’t know if their policy is to serve costumers small portions of chicken but my server put very little portion of chicken for me. I never ever asked a restaurant to put a little more of anything but this really looked ridiculously small. I haven’t been there in a long time but I was never served that little portion of meat, so I asked her if she can please put a little more chicken, she said it’s going to be extra. I replied I only want a little more and her answer was more ridiculous than the tiny portion of meat they serve, she said “the cameras are watching” What?!!! Is that your costumer service skills? Is that what they teach their employees to say? The cameras are watching?! Any decent restaurant that respects their costumers will tell them to add a little bit more if the customer asks but to answer a costumer with that?!! It’s ridiculous!! What a ridiculous experience it was, I felt really disrespected. Never going back to that spot until they learn how to respect their costumers what a shame that was once such a good spot the manager needs to step up their game. I don’t even use the word “Ridiculous” like that but that’s how ridiculous it was !!!

This location is the worst! They give the smallest portions of any Chipotle I have ever been to. I live only blocks away so for a while I just assumed it was all locations until I went to another and asked for double for most ingredients (which I do at the Bay Ridge one) and it was a mountain of food! I have made several complaints to Chipotle's customer service line with no changes, so I sadly stopped ordering from Chipotle. Too expensive and just not worth it.
Chicken was super stringy, rice had about 3 large lumps in it. Is this for real? Also were out of tomatillo sauce.. Can you guys just do better? We know you're not struggling for money. Train your workers, get the service to improve, or simply fire them. Something tells me Chipotle as a whole is not doing good if this is the type of quality that has been consistent at this location. Pay someone more, hire different people, do something, anything, other than what you're doing now.

I was really surprised and disappointed with this location. After purchasing food, I asked for a simple water cup for my child and was told they don’t provide them. When I offered to pay, they said it would cost over $3 for a small cup of water. I’ve never experienced this at any other location—it feels unreasonable and unwelcoming. Definitely a strange policy they are forcing here while other locations have never done this.

The Brown rice for my burrito and chicken bowl was uncooked. Rice was hard and not ready and they still served it. I wasn’t able to eat my food because the rice not fully cooked.

Extremely unprofessional and lazy workers here, I don’t know how they haven’t shut down. How the hell is it that literally every time I’ve been here in the last month (at least 4+ times at random hours, mind you) I ALWAYS have to wait for an ingredient?? They constantly try to skimp customers which is crazy to me considering how much money they make. They always wait til there’s maybe 3 pieces of any given meat left (or fajitas) and for me to ask them to make more to decide that it’s time to make more, when they should be cognizant of that themselves. It’s LITERALLY their job. It’s inexcusable and clearly management doesn’t care either. Not to mention their turnover rate is crazy. Quality in general has plummeted, avoid it if you can. They don’t deserve your money yall.
