The food quality at this location has become a major disappointment- last time the rice was very mushy and overcooked, felt like I was eating congee. I consistently find that orders are inaccurate, with items missing (at least 1–2 things) or portions being very skimpy.

Order is made wrong every time. How hard is it to read a receipt and make a burrito? I ordered sour cream and cheese and didn't get either in my burrito. Kind of a major thing to leave out. When I requested a refund, I was told there is no charge for these items and I can't be refunded! You made the food wrong! I shouldn't have to pay for wrong food! This store is trash do not go

They packed my to go order upside down and when I reached for my house key, my life changed forever. You know those haunted houses that make you stick your hand wrist deep into something that feels NASTY? It was exactly like that
I should’ve left when the team there was so engrossed in their phones the guy in front had to text them to get their attention so I could pay
I had to dig out my wallet and cell phone before I walked back to try and get a refund. They wanted the receipt. I offered to pull up my credit card on my phone and they insisted on the paper receipts (2 because team not paying attention)
I walked all the way home and could not see the receipts, so I put the tote in a plastic bag and returned to this hellscape chipotle. The manager was disgusted (yeah, buddy—ME TOO)
My wallet and tote are RUINED. I had no dinner and will be disgusted by food after this. THE FOOD LOOKS LIKE ORPHANAGE SLOP—with the big spoons, the mess, the texture, and the joy in serving cruelty—this location is serving misery and property damage—photos and videos for reference

I eat here often which might change as the staff there are very, very small handed with the servings, I got a bowl with just steak, chicken, a sprinkle I mean a sprinkle of lettuce and cheese, the short heavy set black girl, charge me to the hill, I mean for each, she charge me a protein portion price, I mean the portion I got barely filled the bowl, what gets me is I see all these comments about how there plate where so filled I wondering is it a BLACKTHING, and believe me I'm not a person that is big portion at all but to pay close to $ 18.00 is outrages.
