Always gets delivery order wrong, in the worst way.I ordered from this place for the second time ever, after a huge gap in between.The first time I ordered a steak burrito, and I received a tortilla with ONLY a few pieces of steak.I ordered a chicken burrito and received a burrito BOWL with guacamole. The food was completely cold. The rice was lumpy and sticky. Do not recommend this place to anyone.

I found a hair in my burrito. This location has poor hygiene and isn’t sanitary. Not only that, they don’t process app orders correctly. I placed an order and went there and the order wasn’t even ready. They made me stand in line and wait for them to make the whole thing. And then I get home and I find that there’s a long strand of hair inside the burrito. They need to clean up this location.

The girls at the counter were great even thou they seems short staffed as it was 3 girls and one guy doing the cooking… i don’t wht has happened to this location as I’ve eaten from here a couple other times, I stoped in today as a lil treat after work and got a bowl to go… boyyy do I wish I stayed there cuz this was by far the worse bowl of chipotle ive ever purchase,, I ordered a chicken bowl most of the fixings & guac ( which I should have known not to take as it was black form sitting out for god knows now long, but the girl inform me it was like this because the avocados were just over ripe she proceeded to stir in the top part that was super super dark into the bottom part that wasn’t as dark, and it gave like this darker green, not the way chipotle guac is known to look against my judgment. I proceeded to take it on my bowl… home no more than 5 mins away from that store, got comfortable put on the show and I decided I was gonna dig into my bowl. The very first bite something tasted weird so at this point, I’m like trying to taste everything individually as best as I can when I tasted the avocado by itself. That’s where the weirdness was ? cool scoop that off the top of my bowl slap it in the cover, I proceeded to try to consume my bowl that was a treat for myself after work two proper bites in I noticed something was way too salty, so now I’m trying to figure out what it is that’s this salty I tasted the chicken I don’t know what happened btw the person that cooked and the seasoning while it was cooking, if we were distracted while seasoning the chicken, but that chicken was overly SALTY, I took a couple more bites, trying to mask it with the unsalted sour cream, but just could not muster it on my stomach between the bad taste of the guacamole and now the overly salted chicken, I could not do it see below pictures of my plate after spending over $20 for it to now jus be seating in the trash is crazy…and disappointing…

Chipotle never dissappoints. The staff filled the bowl to my liking and I definitely got my stomach full. Only setback was that they no longer had a water available to the guests, but you had to buy a sparkling water instead.

I usually never leave reviews at all but this just felt so necessary. I placed an online order for delivery to arrive during my lunch break. I ordered a bowl with chicken, rice, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, and lettuce. Instead, what came was just a bowl of rice and chicken. I then spent my entire 30 minute lunch break trying to reconcile the situation. 1. Chipotle does not have a number to be able to call the location directly to quickly resolve the issue. 2. When I emailed customer support asking for a refund because not only did I not get what I ordered, I also overpaid, they told me they can't do that and offered me a buy one get one free. I explained to them that that is not equivalent compensation because they are basically telling me to go spend MORE money at their location AFTER I already overpaid, and I asked them for a code for one free entree instead. In response, they told me there is nothing they can do which is untrue because I have seen them do it before. It's absolutely outrageous that I have to go back and forth with customer service like that for an issue that could be easily resolved on their end. DO BETTER!
