Whoever made my steak quesadilla delivery order OCTOBER 3 2025 please know I hate you with all my heart and you ruined my night delivering this bullshit. I don’t know what battles you’re fighting but I didn’t have to be punished for it too. This is the only thing I was craving and now I don’t think I can have chipotle again for another 5 months . It used to be worth it... not anymore I moved to the area a year ago. I was so happy that thus Chipotle was nearby and their food at the time was amazing. I even have a gluten intolerance and ive never had an issue eating here which brought me peace, But as of the last 5 months the food has been aweful and the establishment waa always filthy from the service line to the tables and floors. serving rotted tomatoes, lettuce and old rice. Just today my boyfriend went to grab me a bowl. The usual wt rice, chicken,tomato,light serving of blk beans, sour cream, cheese, lettuce and guac. I live 3 min away and the food was ice cold. I decided to just turn over the bowl ,scrape out the rice to toss in my skillet but I noticed the rice was ice cold,hard clumps as if it was days old. I was shocked. Then I noticed to tomatoes were bad again and so was the lettuce, and then there were only 7 tiny pieces of chicken all for $17. Yay me. Sad to say but I wont continue to waste my time or money in this establishment. I've given it try after try even with new staff it just isn't worth the money, the experience, the stress or my health.

The food served was cold. I ordered carne asada and there was barely any in there for the whole heap of rice they put on my plate. I asked for only extra cheese and you can’t see it. This has to be the worst location. Don’t waste your time

This chipotle is absolutely terrible. Their chicken is disgusting and it almost always has a bunch fat on it. They also do not know how to rap their burritos properly because they come apart once you start to eat. They don’t know how to comprehend portions of food at all. Their ingredients aren’t fresh at all either. This is definitely a management problem because i’ve always had a problem with this chipotle for years and it seems like they don’t train/keep after their staff at all. This place would make you hate chipotle honestly. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU PLAN ON ENJOYING YOUR FOOD!

Yesterday I had a bowl from here, it was excellent. Today I got another one for dinner around 9:30 pm … 😞 the rice was Sooo over salted I couldn’t even eat it. I don’t have it in me to drive back to ask for a new one, especially because I just found parking. I wish it was consistent!
I was there after 11:00 today. The one who serve me acted like I wasn't paying for my food or he was feeding a child. The little bit rice, meat and everything. I had to ask for more rice and chicken. I said to myself that's why so many people complain about how cheap chipotle servers give food, because of people like him. You want people to support your business, you have to pull them in with good services and food. They don't even full up the small cup with honey vinaigrette. I never going back to this place!

I’m very disappointed as of late, they got rid of all the black workers, there’s only Spanish workers In the restaurant, the serving area is dirty, and don’t get me started on The dirty floors. The place was much cleaner before they got rid of the black workers. I will not be buying from this place again.

THE ABSOLUTE Worst chipotle location I have ever visited in my life! This tasteful disgusting service zero out of 10 employees, rude, standoffish, and not attentive walked in to get food today. The employees did not even greet anyone on the line or acknowledge anyone on the line one shouted out the back we have no chicken, no hot honey chicken or queso. This looks very bad.
