this place was probably the worse I've been to the fact they put a pound of cheese on my burrito and called it a day

I never leave reviews, but it pisses me off that I am unable to get a CUP OF WATER. I get it, people “steal” soda/juice, but it is not okay to basically force people to have to buy water. Tap water is free and should be provided at restaurants and bars in NYC. Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

The workers were polite but the place is filthy trash overflowing and on the floor. The kicker was the security guard standing by the soda machine with his arms crossed glaring at you making you feel uncomfortable. I will never return to this location again. Chipotle as a whole franchise has gone down hill so I'm not surprised both the quality of food and the service in all locations especially in Brooklyn has gone down hill. Luckily it's nyc and there is so many other choices that no one has to settle for this crap anymore

It's sad that the franchise holder of this place wont let you use the rest room unless you purchase food. Very Disappointing.

I found a maggot in my food. Do not order from here.
I don’t think I’ve ever gone out of my way to review a fast food restaurant, but this one really got on my nerves. Unfortunately, this is the closest chipotle location to where I live, every interaction I’ve had at this location has been terrible. The first time, the cashier was rude to me when I didn’t know how to scan my app barcode, she also mischarged me, so I asked her why my bill was higher, and she said “it’s because you don’t know how to scan”. I went home and checked my receipt, she charged me for more items than I had ordered.
Their chips have consistently been soggy, the staff is never kind, and their soda machine was broken for at least 2 months. I would not recommend, I don’t know how this place is still open in a city like New York.
Restaurantji Recommends
I'm so done with chipotle. Went in 2 hours before closing and they were out of everything. No white rice, no barbacoa, no carnitas and they were unwilling to make more. How can you be out of everything 2 HOURS BEFORE Closing. There actually are no more good Chipotle's out there.
LITERALLY GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER THEY NEEDA STOP CHATTING AND DO THEY JOB!!!

It's still Chipotle, which counts for something. But their a/c is awful, which of course doesn't exactly create an environment where servers are chipper and excited to be at work. Guess I'm saying it's a fine option between October 1 and May 31st.

Pros and Cons ( really big con though, sadly :/ )
Pros- Nice service, workers are nice, respectful.
Good portion of food is given. Very filling as well
Cons- Too much salt in rice, please keep an eye out on that…
But, the most interesting (disturbing actually) I saw what happens to look like one or two bed bugs on the table. Please check that out, that wasn’t very comfortable to see or can mess up ones appetite being that bed bugs could be spreading around in a place where you eat food.
