I've gone to this chipotle before, but this visit was awful. The food line was a MESS. sour cream, lettuce and cheese EVERYWHERE. There were only 2 people at the counter - 1 making the orders and one taking payments. I've never seen people moving slower in my life. When I got to the end of my bowl order I asked for cheese, sour cream and guac. When he made it he gave me cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I had already waited so long I just wanted to get out of there. Nobody working there had a care at all about keeping the place presentable, the line moving, or getting the orders right.

Overall, fine. One person shouldn’t do all the work though while others stand and watch. Saw the one employee at the register texting, the person sacking watching her, and another with a blank stare. You all can do better, especially when multiple customers are lining up waiting - jump in an help!

10/25/25 2.17pm The reason why I’m giving this review is because the black cashier the people that serve me my food was wonderful I wish I can give them 2 white guys a tip but unfortunately the black cashier name miguelina was rude rolling her eyes it’s sad we live in this world where black woman dislike each other but I will pray for she and hopefully you guys put her in the back cooking

Atmosphere was dirty and as a former GM at Chipotle the experience was horrible. Only 2 People working the line and register, there was no steak and the cook was cutting chicken when there was still half of a tin of chicken on the line and zero steak. Then was told I had to wait 25 minutes for Steak which was ready 10 minutes after. The Countertop on the line was nasty and full of dried food debris. Great location but seems they need wayyy better management. After asking to speak with a manager on duty to address my concerns, I was blatantly ignored. It wasnt busy, it wasnt packed, but the place looked as the picture attached. This isnt the chipotle Standards What So Ever. Chicken and Other refrigerated items were just sitting outside. In case Chipotle wants to investigate this situation, I visited on 10/05/2025 at approximately 8:30pm. Please fix this.

I ordered on the app, and the app told me the order was ready at 7 pm. I showed up, and they hadn't started the order yet. The food was ready at 7:25 pm. If they're backed up (I get it, it happens), why did the app say it was ready. I woudl have been fine waiting longer at home. It's frustrating to be told it's ready and then end up sitting there waiting. And to top it off, I got home and the order was wrong (they forgot guacamole, which they make you pay extra for). Not a great experience.

The food was okay, but i think the servers are rude. At the same time they need to put in the Bathroom a Diaper changing station. They actually have a kids menu and they should also have that. I went there an I cannot explain how I change the diaper to my baby.
