Chipotle - Fulton Street Mall

this place is gross and multiple times i’ve found bugs in my food and drink, yall are nasty

Honestly deserves more credit than it gets. Yes, it’s busy, being right in the Fulton Street Mall, but the staff here is clearly well trained and keeps things moving efficiently even during peak hours.

What really stands out are the portion sizes. They’re consistently generous, noticeably more so than many Manhattan Chipotle locations, which makes a big difference for value. The restaurant is also clean and well maintained, and I really appreciate that the sauce bottles are always filled, a small detail, but one that shows good management and attention to customers.

The only real downside is that the rewards system machines can be flaky and aren’t always working, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, that’s a minor issue compared to how solid everything else is.

Overall, I genuinely don’t understand why this location sits below a 4.3-star rating. Given the portions, cleanliness, and consistently solid service in such a high-traffic area, this Chipotle easily earns 5 stars from me.

Matters in life. Long lines with disgruntled guests just to learn that almost everything is out of stock, they can’t take cash, and the machines are broken.

I’m a big fan of chipotle but this time I was rather surprised by their diminished portions. I used to recall a big portions chipotle but it was disappointing.

I have gone to this Chipotle a couple times after work and during my free time, and I can honestly say they provide great customer service here and the food taste fresh. Thank you for treating me with respect and serving fresh food, it is highly appreciated. I highly recommend spending your money at this location!👍🏻

I've gone to this chipotle before, but this visit was awful. The food line was a MESS. sour cream, lettuce and cheese EVERYWHERE. There were only 2 people at the counter - 1 making the orders and one taking payments. I've never seen people moving slower in my life. When I got to the end of my bowl order I asked for cheese, sour cream and guac. When he made it he gave me cheese, sour cream and lettuce. I had already waited so long I just wanted to get out of there. Nobody working there had a care at all about keeping the place presentable, the line moving, or getting the orders right.

Overall, fine. One person shouldn’t do all the work though while others stand and watch. Saw the one employee at the register texting, the person sacking watching her, and another with a blank stare. You all can do better, especially when multiple customers are lining up waiting - jump in an help!

10/25/25 2.17pm The reason why I’m giving this review is because the black cashier the people that serve me my food was wonderful I wish I can give them 2 white guys a tip but unfortunately the black cashier name miguelina was rude rolling her eyes it’s sad we live in this world where black woman dislike each other but I will pray for she and hopefully you guys put her in the back cooking
