This location is so terrible they don’t just take forever, they also hand your delivery orders to strangers and then try to get you to submit a NEW ORDER. Incompetence is too kind a word for these people. ONE HOUR WAIT FOR NOTHING

So so good! Had a burrito. Yum. It’s laced with dopamine or something. Good stuff. The place is clean, staff is friendly and efficient, and the burritos are really good. The adobo ranch is really spicy so my stomach hurt later in the day, but it was so worth it.

When I arrived, only 2 customers had been waiting ahead of me, I awaited nearly 20 minutes to be attended, what I experienced was Lousy Leadership/Staff communication, resulting in a stuck staff member on the floor during her transition period to clock out.

They never have all the ingredients it’s always something missing in my order . Very frustrating . And I gave this location multiple chances before I give 1 star review . Also the portions are small unlike the other locations I visit .

Ok I have hated that I have to come here but it’s close by. So today I got a burrito, i got the last of the chipotle chicken and I got one scoop that looked so light that and to ask for another scoop and when he went to go scoop it up there was literally nothing. When the fat manager is there these kids are so scared to serve you that they literally are shaking when the manager is at the register. If that’s not enough the person who wrapped my burrito did an even worse job because they wrapped it fooled me and when I opened it up at home the burrito was open. This is the last time I’m coming here this is the worst chipotle I ever been to. Also they will charge you $2 for vinnegrette but in the city they give it to you for free someone make sense of this. I paid $19.50 for this when I should’ve said no and left.
