Ok I have hated that I have to come here but it’s close by. So today I got a burrito, i got the last of the chipotle chicken and I got one scoop that looked so light that and to ask for another scoop and when he went to go scoop it up there was literally nothing. When the fat manager is there these kids are so scared to serve you that they literally are shaking when the manager is at the register. If that’s not enough the person who wrapped my burrito did an even worse job because they wrapped it fooled me and when I opened it up at home the burrito was open. This is the last time I’m coming here this is the worst chipotle I ever been to. Also they will charge you $2 for vinnegrette but in the city they give it to you for free someone make sense of this. I paid $19.50 for this when I should’ve said no and left.

I hate to say this but the food was disgusting, super salty and inedible. Don't go if you want to waste your money. The service is worse than the food.

It's baffling how this location hasn't under gone mew management or closed. This store should be packed but everytime I try, with months in between, the customer service and food have lacked. There is never fresh food out. The meat is always dry and old or they are completely out of something with no hopes of it being made in the back. Staff act as if you are disturbing their vibe when you come in. Please do better.

I ordered from uber eats & this place gave me BURNT CHICKENN!!!! Most of the chicken was BLACK and tasted horrible. I had to take it out. never again.

Pretty bad. Always get small portions, extremely long lines, and generally not great service. I feel for the workers, they try hard, but I think this store is very badly managed.

The atmosphere in this place is horrible I have never been to chipotle. My nine-year-old asked me if we can go. We walked in and I’m very friendly so I waved at the person that was going to make my bowl. He cracked a smile. He was pretty cool the second girl a black girl. She was pretty cool as well. Those two / three Mexican Spanish looking girls at the register looking inside my wallet as if I didn’t have the money to pay $39.25 and rolling eyes at me the entire time I’m getting my food made is horrible my daughter even said something about it my daughter & I absolutely never eat out so come in and give Attitude for 40 bucks I would never get your staff together. I will be calling to speak to a manager because I seen other reviews saying the same thing. Customer service is horrible.

Every time I come in here on my lunch break which is different times everyday day their out of brisket. They'll say I'll be ready in 5 minutes but turns out being 15 minutes. Smh. Chipotle needs to do better.
