Today at 3 PM I bought queso and was told that it does not come with chips and they made me buy the chips separately for an additional three dollars. It’s literally chips and queso. It comes with chips. What am I gonna eat? A bowl of cheese with a spoon, absolutely ridiculous

They gave me little portions not even half a full scoop of the meat nor rice .when I asked for more they rudely pushed my bowl. The girl with the blonde hair to be exact . Rude workers very little portions, not worth the price .

burrito/tortilla press has been broken for two weeks with no sign of it ever being fixed, meanwhile they won’t even offer burritos on unwarmed tortillas? It’s chipotle. I don’t expect fine dining at the Ritz, but at the very least offer all menu items. on top of this last time I came and suffered through a bowl when it was not what I wanted, whoever was connected to the aux had their alarm going off for for real 10 minutes, before realizing and turning the music back on. I have a feeling this store is just poorly managed, rather than the fault of the employees. Manager should be on the phone w corporate for a new tortilla press IMMEDIATELY !

Was told to hold a moment for fajitas by the first worker. Second worker isn't paying attention and seals the bowl, until I raised my voice about the fajitas.
I didn't want the dish without fajitas so she threw the untouched food out...
I traveled 4 miles to get here, smh

This place never opens on time and they never have anything you need
Don't even bother ordering delivery from here. After several times, everything is always missing half of the requested toppings. The funny part is that our bowls are even labeled with stickers saying what we asked for, yet you’ll only ever get a sad reveal of just chicken and lettuce. Cheese, fajita and mild salsa are apparently permanently extinct at this location. Can’t even get refunds from Uber Eats anymore because I’ve requested too many times from my optimism that they’ll actually read an order right or notify us when something is out. A waste of money and time.

I work nearby so I come here when here and there. For the most part I don’t have complaints but a couple times, today included, I was given the wrong order. It’s very annoying to get home open your food and have NOTHING you wanted because the cashier switched it with someone else. Food is already expensive I’d at least like to eat what I payed for.
