The female working on 11/26/25 at approx 7pm packing the online orders has a horrible attitude . She requires more training in customer service . The only reason I gave two starts is because her colleagues were very kind . It’s a busy location and they always have something missing when I come and this also resulted in my rating , they should be more prepared based on the amount of customers they average daily .

This is the 5th time thats this has happened so I feel like I have to say something. More than any other store I’ve ever ordered from this location gets the order wrong all the time and is consistently missing items. It doesn’t matter the time of day. This time, everything was wrong and items were missing. Grubhub, only refunds you for one item so this time, I’m paying $7 for chips and queso I never received.

Ordered a bowl with extra chicken and corn had it come through Uber eats I opened it up and nothing but rice and corn no extra meat at at I'll never order from them again
So so good! Had a burrito. Yum. It’s laced with dopamine or something. Good stuff. The place is clean, staff is friendly and efficient, and the burritos are really good. The adobo ranch is really spicy so my stomach hurt later in the day, but it was so worth it.

When I arrived, only 2 customers had been waiting ahead of me, I awaited nearly 20 minutes to be attended, what I experienced was Lousy Leadership/Staff communication, resulting in a stuck staff member on the floor during her transition period to clock out.
