I went to Chipotle for lunch and all the workers were in a little group just chatting away like no lie 6 of them the trays were empty 1 young lady serving and charging. then to top it off we had to wait 10 minutes because there was no chicken no peppers rice tray empty BBQ carnitas empty then the young lady left the customers waiting while she served an employee his lunch. Poor customer service they all need to be fired or take more training. This happened 3/18/24 between 4:00-4:15..

They said the restroom is broken. I really needed to use it. The food was bad. Rice wasn't cooked enough, too salty, and they charged ex money on extra beef, but it was short, and I only got little of it.

Update****“More people, more hours, more money”Sunday evening and there is a huge line inside the chipotle, busy & clean. The employees are ON POINT.Food was great actually and everyone was genuinely friendly. Very happy to see business happening on this side of Broadway, makes my heart very happy Who would have thought that a few years ago not even taxis wanted to come to Brooklyn, now it has been totally transformed, we found businesses that only existed in the city, today we had to eat at @Chipotle, in their new branch in front of the Woodhull hospital.The staff is very friendly, everyone smiling and trying their little words in Spanish, even though they don't speak it. As for the food, as always very good, the one that stands out is the guacamole, the carnitas are not far behind, the prices are according to all the branches.

There must be the biggest bunch of incompetent sorry lazy **** working at this joint because HOW YOU MESS UP BOTH OF OUR BOWLS??? How? Bro they even labeled the bag correctly, they even labeled THE BOWLS CORRECTLY on the very top aluminum caps, but what was INSIDE those bowls was something completely different like OUT OF THIS PLANET DIFFERENT order than what we ordered? $40 we paid for this trash packed order that we had to throw out and of course the delivery carrier only refunded us for half. Meaning I just spent $20 on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, freaking air in the sky… Bro I hope y’all shut down fr. And I hope all the people working there get fired and end up homeless on NYC streets, same like I will if I keep ordering deliveries from places where primates work… Zero stars if I could, all the worst…

Ordered a takeout burrito bowl with chicken and ended up with a salt bomb. It’s unbelievable anyone could tolerate a full serving of this, and I’m a sodium lover. What’s frustrating is I’ve had similar experiences lately all across Brooklyn. This problem is endemic and needs to be solved higher up the food chain than this single, sad excuse for a Chipotle.
Just go to the one on N. 4th St. The service here is so bad. The workers are so rude and nasty. They have no patience for anyone that comes into their store. They also forget items. I ordered chips and guac with my bowl and they forgot to put the guac. I hate this location!
