They will be making my order wrong, forgetting some of my ingredients. Nobody is at the pickup section. They walk away instead of trying to help me when I been standing there for minutes. I been waiting for 30 minutes for my bowl??

Today is 100 degree. There is no Air conidition at all in this chiptole. How cheap can this place be? I come in to order and i see the poor chipotle employee fanning themselves with a piece of paper because its burning hot inside the store. UNACCEPTABLE.

Every time I come here after ordering my chipotle app I have to wait at least 10 minute while my order is already ready because there is no worker by the pickup counter.
Today not only was my order 15 minute late but they gave me someone’s else order… worst customer service

Really dirty and they don't clean the tables, also this location is a scam, for both mobile orders and in person, they do not even fill up the bowl, it's half-full at most. It's the same throughout the brooklyn locations including 65th street 18 ave as well.

When going to pay for my food, employee Viannel , asks a coworker, you think this 20 is fake, which than proceeded to ask how do you “check” . Disrespectful, claimed my money was fake and he didn’t know how to check such claim

The interior is nice but the food is alright for chipotle. I found a bone in my chicken once and I believe that the chicken isn’t supposed to have bones. They also won’t let me get a water cup even though the water machine is working fine. They do skimp a little bit

It's 8pm, Chipotle closed at 11 pm. How do u guys not have bowls (plates), no rice, meat looks old, no cokes in the store, no forks, no napkins? How??? But u charge me 34 fn dollars for 2 burritos?! I will never come back, would love a refund cuz this is absolutely ridiculous. Never go to this Chipotle, they are not ready.

Granted I was there 30 mins before closing. Plenty of food left I order a burrito only white rice chicken and corn. Plenty of each was available. Was given tiny portion of meat and corn. The places was a mess granted they were closing soon... the staff did not look happy or friendly ... also this was my second time ever having Chipotle

I went on a Wednesday night at about 6/6:30PM, and the guy who served me must have been new because he took his time and skimped on every ingredient. Chipotle needs to retrain some of their employees at this location because $14 for a bowl that's not even full, is not worth it. Guy didn't close my bowl properly either so it spilled
