Absolutely careless workers. Last night I ordered a chicken bowl with beans and guacamole through Grubhub and received BEEF bowl (I don’t eat beef) with no beans and no guacamole. Wasted money, wasted time and it was 11 pm when I received the order so all the other stores were already closed and I had to go to bed hungry after work without eating anything. Awful experience, never buying from this place again👎🏽

The food itself is fine, we like this flavor, but the staff here is terrible! They’re all teenagers with no problem-solving skills, no customer orientation, all serving with bored faces, not paying attention, and extremely slow. The place is disgustingly dirty everywhere. It would be highly advisable to replace the whole team in order to provide a better guest experience!

This Chipotle location is absolute garbage. The service is consistently awful. There’s a young girl working there who is incredibly rude — she clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing, throws food around, and causes a scene instead of helping customers. The blame ultimately falls on the managers, because they allow this type of behavior and clearly don’t train or supervise their staff properly. This is by far the worst Chipotle in Brooklyn, and it shows in every part of the experience.
Waste of money. Portioning is different depending on people. Staffs are very rude. It wasnt even busy. I wish i could throw my $25 to the garbage i could get less sad.

This Chipotle used to be my absolute favorite—seriously, the best one I’d ever been to. I live just a block away for years, and when it first opened (around 3–4 years ago), it was amazing. Super clean, organized, and the food was always fresh and well-prepared right in front of you. The open kitchen concept made everything feel transparent and professional.
But sadly, things have gone way downhill lately. The new staff is unbelievably unprofessional especially the black guy in the front with glasses and a bun or ponytail under his hat, very disrespectful and rude. This is the second time I’ve walked in and stood there for over 3 minutes while multiple employees just stood around and ignored me and kept chatting with each other and making jokes while I’m waiting. No greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” absolutely nothing. It’s honestly shocking how careless they’ve become.
What really pushed me over the edge was my last visit. I saw fresh chicken being grilled, so I asked to wait for the new batch. Instead, the staff member insisted on giving me the old, dried-out chicken from the bottom of the tray—even after I told him I was happy to wait. He literally said, “No, that will take long,” and refused to serve the fresh batch. That was the last straw for me—I left the food and walked out.
This location has gone from amazing to disgusting. I’m beyond disappointed and won’t be going back.
