Restaurant is suppose to open at 10:45 am. It is 10:51 and the door is still locked. Employees are sitting down eating lunch and I couldn’t order my food. Not great service. If your restaurant says you open at 10:45am then that’s when the doors should be open.

This place is a hit or miss. Lately I have been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but today was the last time I will be ordering from this location. Not only is their steak always hard and tuff but today I received a completely wrong order when ordering thru the app for pick up. I finally get home and it was someone else’s order not at all what I ordered. Needless to say I had to throw it out. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Employees there also have a bad attitude.

I really enjoyed my food from this chipotle location. I see the other reviews are pretty bad but it looks like that’s because they ordered delivery. I went in the establishment to order a bowl and was pleasantly surprised when they were serving carne asade. The chips were crisp salty and delicious, not stale like some other chipotles I’ve been too. I also like how there is a parking lot right next to this location, especially on a street where there is never any parking spots.

Hello, I went into this location because I saw that chipotle was honoring the $6 burrito promotion while the app was down. As I was going to order, the guy at the start who asks "burrito or bowl" rolls his eyes at me and does a sigh after i ask him "are you guys honoring the code when we scan our rewards card" and ignores me and then reasks me "burrito or bowl" and gave me a really bad attitude afterwards saying "rice is extra" which has never happened to me at any other location and when the person who ordered behind me asked for extra rice he gave him it no problem. (He is bald, with a nose ring) please give this location a heads up because i didn't personally do/say anything to upset him and he shouldn't have any reason to give attitude when it's his job to serve & ask questions, thank you.
How the hell are you going to charge 3$ for a small Poland spring water that are not even allowed to be sold in Ny state that your paying .35 cents for place is outrageous prices and quality ? bottle clearly states not to be sold in states with bottle deposits there’s cheap and price gauging then there is this clown operation

The chicken was great. Juicy and nicely cooked. Everything in my chicken bowl was fresh and delicious. I would recommend going there if you like chipotles food and want a good experience. Unlike other chipotles that I’ve been to.
