Worst chipotle I ever been to. I ordered online when I got to the restaurant my order was not made. I was told that they ran out of carne asada and needed to make it which took 20mins. The entire food section was mostly empty. I finally received my order. When I got home I opened my burrito and it was a huge mess. See photo. I will never order from this chipotle again. All employees are standing around talking and doing nothing.

Staff are awesome. But the food isn't as good as real mexican food. But the lines are longer at the real places. But the guys here were real good.

Purchased a chicken bowl and this server basically gave haft a spoon. Then asked for a water cut and refuse to provide the cup. On top of that wanted to use the damn bathroom and it seem like they haven’t clean that in a month. Terrrible service and very little protein service

They are opened whenever they want. They may start 2 hours late, while there is a line outside, and employees just hiding from people, trying not to be seen. They close early, they run out of ingredients way before the closing time. Stuff doesn’t get trained and they every single one of them gives you different portions.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I went to pick up my order and they were closed. The workers were inside though. None of them would come to explain what happened. They just ignored us outside.
This Chipotle is never open on time. Half the time the ice and soda machine isn't open. The food is fine and the rest of it is fine but don't say you open at 10:45 and I'm still waiting for it to open at 11:10. Ridiculous

There were flies in the food serving area. This Hispanic lady didn’t change gloves and takes money from the other customers hand then makes my burrito with the same gloves. My burrito wasn’t even wrapped properly. She’s being so stingy with the portions my burrito looks like it’s on ozempic! I can’t believe how unsanitary and how little food portions are at this location! Unacceptable shut this place down!

Manager collar shirt said pin for bathroom code is on the receipt , like sis I did a pick up order what receipt ? a she said “ I’m printing it for you “ like you couldn’t just give me the bathroom code ? Like I’m a paying customer , I would’ve gave them 5 stars but because she seems like she has a nasty personality I’m giving it a one , chipotle do better you guys just hire anyone and make anyone manager 🤷🏻♀️

I spent $20 on the new smoked brisket and they only gave me 7 little pieces in my burrito bowl. Don’t bother ordering ahead. Because they’ve been robbed so many times, they won’t make your order until you get there. Then you’ll have to wait for them to make it after everyone in the line.
