The staff is friendly and the food is really delicious!
They provide friendly explanations for foreigners (where the cilantro is located) and the store is clean.

Stingy on the chips and forgot my tortilla wrap too. Food was decent like any other chipotle. Use the tobasco sauces at your caution, they don’t check to make sure it’s clean or if anyone misused it. Tons of caps were off and the entire sauce counter was sticky and had hot sauce spilled over it.

I'm not sure why everyone else has a bad review but I personally had a pleasant experience. The portions are ok, but I think that's every chipotle I've been too that had ended up being on the smaller side. However, there is one worker over there that is amazing, she makes the experience that much more wonderful. Me and my girlfriend are always happy to see her and I have a feeling she knows who she is. Overall, food taste good, as mentioned, portions could be unfortunately...
