Idk if people are slow or if the art of customer service is truly dead.
While I was standing in line, an employee named Jesus came up behind me and said “excuse me,” but instead of waiting for me to move, he used his body to forcibly push past me. He did not place his hands on me, but he deliberately pushed into me with his body weight to move me out of the way. There was no urgency, and I was not blocking a critical path. I was wearing a hood because it was cold, and I was not given any chance to react or move before he forced his way through.
What makes this worse is that he did not even need to pass through where I was standing. After pushing me, he continued walking through the assembly line area toward the condiments and then walked back behind the assembly line. This means he had other routes available and chose to push past me anyway, or could have simply waited a second for me to move. This made the action feel intentional rather than accidental. The interaction was aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
I immediately reported this to the manager on duty, who identified herself as Joann. Her response was dismissive and showed little concern. She stated, “I guess I can talk to him,” which did not convey any urgency or seriousness about what had just happened. When I asked for her name, her attitude was rude and sarcastic, as if my concern was inconvenience. To be very clear, an employee using physical force to move a customer, even by body contact, is unacceptable, and a manager responding with indifference makes the situation even more serious. I left your restaurant feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unsafe.
I have had positive experiences with Chipotle in the past, but this incident fell far below the standard of conduct I expect as a customer.

Best chipotle in brooklyn. Food is always fresh. Way better than the 86th st location in the area where I always find hair in my food.

Visited for 2 times and never going back.
First time I went and asked for cup for water, they charged me $4 for one, even though it is supposed to be free at every location. 2nd time I went, I had gotten chips and a bowl, I asked a side of sour cream, because I like to dip my chips in it. They charged me $1.75 for it AND on top of that, they never put my chips in my to go bag
everything is bad

I paid for my food on the app and the worker questioned me. I had to wait an additional 5 minutes and finally they gave it to me.

Very stingy with their portions barely any protein in the bowl I ordered. They also always seem to be out of something or they serve you the last few bits at the bottom of the containers. Won’t be coming here again
