How are you open till 11pm but your dining room is closed by 9:30pm? I honestly want an answer. It's irritating, and the most common reason is that your employees deliberately choose to close the dining room just so they don't have to clean once they close. Talk about ruining a customer experience. Now I gotta eat my food cold at home. When I wanted my food warm in your venue. Unreal.

there was hair in my food they said to go on the app and do it and they wont remake it or let me talk to the Manager and on the app it does not give me my money they tell me to try again the manager is rude and not helpful considering there is hair in the food and the hair is black when i have blond

It’s less crowded during PM hours, $15 for a burrito is an ok price. Bathroom is for costumers only unfortunately. Front employees are nice mannered & attentive.

I spent $45 for two chicken bowls, I ordered two exact orders and the two orders were different and not only that; I was charged for ingredients that weren’t in my order… I ordered from the app and in the app says that the order includes utensils and napkins and there was none in my order.

Usually can't go wrong with chipotle but this place was rather disappointing. Order via door dash and the food was cold despite picking up right after it was ready. The portion was so skimpy with not much filling. The rice tasted hard and the meat also tasted hard. Overall, just didn't have that usually chipotle taste. Really surprised and disappointed because never had a bad chipotle experience before. I'm thinking it might just be this location. I think I'll skip this location next time and just feeling meh about chipotle overall now.

“Water cups please, not at this location” Corporate Knows, this is a bit disappointing to hear, if you want to charge for cups make it a company wide standard. Otherwise, you are forcing people here and in the UES Manhattan customers can get a water cup.
