This location has serious consistency issues. It often feels understaffed, with employees who seem overwhelmed or burnt out. At times, they’re only taking online orders, and it’s not uncommon for them to run out of staples like chicken.
It’s clear the team is doing what they can, but management really needs to step up and take a hard look at how this store is operating. The demand is there this location could easily do better with stronger leadership and better support.
I say this as a loyal customer who comes here sometimes 3-4 times weekly.

Terrible service no meat for a 21 dollar meal just dissapointing and you gotta wait ages to be served and no steak lol
Decided to give Chipotle another try after not liking it years ago. Not only do I still not like it, if anything the quality has gotten worse. Ordered some tacos, and while they arrived quickly, they were absolutely stone cold and tasted terrible. Save some money, order from a proper Mexican place and it'll be excellent and hot.

Can be very packed and busy during the middle of the day but after rush hour you can get in and out within 5 minutes. Typical Chipotle, but they really need to start working on their chips which has been hard and gummy in locations from Brooklyn to Manhattan. I hope a regional or director of food for Chipotle is reading these comments.
