They serve you a very little of everything as if your feeding a 2 year old toddler… lady that was serving acting like her hand hurt to serve you I hope she serves herself the same way she does to customer… chicken was super salty … really disappointed but lesson learned never going to that place again

I placed an order on Uber eats and Chipolte accepted the order. I received a text home call about 4 minutes later from Chipolte stating they didn’t have any hard shell tacos and I needed to cancel it on uber eats. But to my utter shock and disbelief, I was charged $22.03 for cancelling my order because it “inconvenienced the restaurant (Chipolte) even though the person who called me from chipotle told me to cancel it on Uber eats because they aren’t able to cancel it on their end, which is a lie. Now I know chipotle is a scam because they knew if I canceled it I would still get charged so they got paid for doing nothing so do yourselves a favor don’t order from the chipotle on 7th Avenue because they are full of it. The order was for my 15 year old son so I had to order from somewhere else so I basically paid for an order I never received and had to pay to order from a different place (Burger Village: is awesome). Stay away from chipotle on seventh Avenue!

I was going to rate this place because I was unpleasant about everything , then I read the reviews and I realized that I was right , I order a chicken bowl , the chicken is super salty , and the bowl is more rice than anything else, they put a little amount of everything, I ask my salsa on the side they just gave me less than half of the cup , never going back to this place , the only nice person was the lady that was helping the cashier , Dec 5 , 12:35 pm

This location is almost always very dirty, with food all over the tables and floor. They randomly decide to close much earlier for no reason, and they only take mobile orders without any type of notification at the door and will have people waiting on line without letting them know.

Portions for meat we as expected, however portions for everything else was disappointing. Asking for lettuce and pico shouldn’t have to be a multiple ask. When the total for two bowls is the price that they are asking for it seems like it should at least fill up half the bowl.

Ordered for delivery, restaurant took 2 hours “preparing my order” and then cancelled my order. Had three drivers cancel on me because they were waiting for an order that was never prepared. This has happened before, absolutely unacceptable
