Do not go after 8:30pm - food is clearly sitting out for a while, a few key items are missing, and they're often missing forks available. A brand in decline.

I visited the Chipotle on Saturday, September 7th, 2024 the Brooklyn Fulton at location to order a bag of chips after a long day. The gentleman at the counter made an error with my order but quickly resolved it with the help of the manager. While I appreciated that, what happened next was disappointing.

As I was leaving, I overheard the cashier—a black gentleman ( I am a black woman) making a comment to his coworkers and the customers behind me, saying, “I don’t know why people come into Chipotle just to buy a bag of chips.” This comment made me feel disrespected and less of a valued customer. Whether I’m spending a dollar or twenty dollars, I expect to be treated with the same level of respect.

What made it worse was that the cashier, who was a flamboyant male, seemed to exaggerate the situation, almost as if to make it humorous at my expense. This behavior was unprofessional and left a bad impression on me.

I’m sharing this experience to raise awareness with Chipotle. I won’t be returning to this location because I don’t want to feel judged or disrespected based on the size of my purchase. I believe Chipotle should reconsider how they train their staff and ensure they hire individuals who respect all customers equally, regardless of what they order.

Do not order from here. This is a terrible place as you can see by all the reviews. Literally got a cold bowl with no steak or fajitas. Insane to think this is how they treat their customers. Avoid and it really is that bad.

This just might be the worst chipotle franchise ever. Terrible customer service, food isn’t properly prepared, and they’ve been out of white rice during multiple dinner rushes. Undercover boss needs to film here, the CEO would be shocked.

Just left chipotle at 3:15pm the girl behind the counter was in such a terrible mood. She was so bothered by taking mine and the peoples order in front of me. Love chipotle so I’ll be back but dang, quit or take a happy pill girl. (Pic is after I asked her to double roll since it was so bad)

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, I thought it was a fine / pretty standard Chipotle. Service wasn't amazing, and the atmosphere was only fine, but I got a bowl to-go and they really loaded it quite full, which is really what I care about

The waitress is extremely disrespectful poured a mountain of guacamole with very little rice on our burrito bowls. When asked to remake the food she refused. Then had to ask them to throw the mountain of trash and clean of the tables that were extremely sticky never coming back this is disgusting will be making a formal complaint.

Good god I love me some Chipotle’s so it really hurts me to do this. What in the world were you guys thinking when you drowned our bowls in queso blanco? We sat there literally pouring it off so we could get to the food and it was cold! We know the delivery was quick so why was it so cold? Very annoyed but I know I know, 1st world problems right?

Went into the store at 9pm store closes at 11pm they had ran out of most items that makes a bowl a bowl! And manager didn't compensate me for anything or at least lower the price which is horrible, two bowls no corn! No Fiesta! No lettuce! No gwaq! No sour cream! Sir these items makes a Chipotle bowl, close the store if you don't have the basic ingredients and managerial skills to say would you like a free bag of chips or something!?

You would think the staff has basic training on how to roll a burrito , but they don’t , instead I got a grumpy employee sucking they’re teeth at me handing me a sloppy mess of food , because she wasn’t able to roll it up with single tortilla. portioning is a thing for a reason , so that rolling all the ingredients can be proper and efficient, it doesn’t take two tortilla wraps to roll the foodthat becomes excessive calories . Especially when us as customer are coming to chipotle with the intention of buying a monitored healthy product .

Worst chipotle ever. They totally messed up and put an INSANE and unedible amount of salt in their rice. I think they didn’t mix it up. When I asked if they could remake without rice they refused and told me I have to call corporate.
