Worst chipotle in nyc don’t go here. I gave this chipotle 3 tries. I was excited to discover one in my neighborhood that I can eat at after the gym. Unfortunately each time I went I was incredibly dissapointed. The staff was incredibly rude, and moved like zombies, they were missing main ingredients like lettuce and chips every time, and it had a dirty atmosphere. This chipotle either needs to get shutdown or fixed. I’m pissed because I love chipotle, but this is location is a terrible depressing look for the brand. DONT GO HERE!!!

I ask the administration of this restaurant to sort out their employees. I waited for my order for 30 minutes. This is very long for fast food. Please sort out your staff, they work like sleepy flies.

I went a Saturday morning shortly after opening got my food it was very salty, like inedible. I was just going to take the loss, but I decided to take it back and the manager was very distasteful. The workers were nice when I explained the situation, they grabbed the manger ( the man with blue eyes ) and he immediately told me it was nothing he could do about food off the line. He initially refused a refund offered me to remake it , I explained I was in a rush and couldn’t do that. Weird a place of business can’t do refunds, I got very stern I told them I would accept a gift card, after he noticed I was not budging suddenly he was telling me to insert my card. I shouldn’t have to fight for a refund, he shut down and stopped talking as he did my refund, he was rude and didn’t even apologize. I’m a chipotle addict and will still be going, but yall need to train the managers better. The regular workers again were really nice and understanding, they are the reason I was able to keep my cool big up to them

I appreciate the employees here they always treat me well.
Please please please don’t go here. We got severe food poisoning.. can’t get out of bed constant vomiting, fever , ALL SYMPTOMS OF Food poisoning … this is the worst feeling in the world.. we have chicken and rice bowl.. note to management and ownership: please teach your employees about cross contamination, leaving foods out , not properly washing their hands , cleaning foods and areas proper, and proper temperatures..I’ve never felt this bad.
Used a stolen cc to pay for food in their store. Tried to call and make a complaint and it's just computer asking for my cc
