How is it possible to come to this place 3 hours before they close and they are out of "protein" and chips. This has happened multiple times now, what a disgrace for a business to be so unprepared. Also explain to me how you can be out of chips but I look back and see enough chips to fill 50 bags. This location is run extremely poorly. I don't reccomend.

Me and boyfriend ordered from this chipotle on Saturday. This chipotle is 2 block away from my house . I went with my boyfriend he got a bowl I got the tacos . We both have been in the hospital since Sunday morning because we got food poisoning from this restaurant. This chipotle has a safety hazard when it comes to there food . Ah very big NO I don’t wth chipotle is my almost 9yr old beg on the way home I stopped by this location & I tell you these little girls and their dirty looks never approach to take my order the young man was occupied but said “one minute i got y’all” and he did and he was respectful he took my 8yr old order and she said she loved her food he made the food and he checked us out mean while the them little girls was taking orders from white ppl who came in after made me feel a way your own kind treat you terrible first & I know mainly it’s what I had on not revealing but matching my kid fly they hate to see pretty blk families I read the room I will not return

Yikes this Chipotle is terrible… literally the worse one I’ve been to. When the originally opened they were understaffed.. now the actually food is prepared terribly.. couldn’t even finish my bowl.

Very cold and angry staff. Its as if they are annoyed to take your order. My server ragefully plopped all the ingredients in a bowl without separation for me to eat like dog food. When i asked them to separate it i got the ultimate attitude. Not going here again

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Made a catering ordering to this location 1+ week ahead of my birthday party.
Someone calls me the morning of my party, on a Saturday, to tell me their grill is broken and they can't fulfill my order.
They made NO attempt to transfer the order to a nearby location, which was their job, and chose to process my refund before exploring other options. I spent all of my 24th birthday finding last-minute catering because of their negligence.

Came here twice today and they didn’t have rice. They really need some adult management in this location, the worst chipotle I ever been in. Make it hard for young black people to get jobs because of the way the people in this chipotle conduct themselves…. Close to home but close down……..
