This Chipotle is the worst one in brooklyn. They never have any ingredients available! I went to get a bowl and waited around 15 minutes because there was no white rice and no meat ! Once they served the chicken, i came home and started eating and did not realize the chicken I was eating was completely RAW. Absolutely disgusting.
Please do yourself a favor not waste your time and MONEY. Find another Chipotle. This one needs to be shut down!!

Horrible ! Guy on grill was helping guy on cash and used the same gloves to go back to the back after touching pos system, former chipotle employee that’s a food health violation , nasty works and it was barley 7 and no chips , manager on the phone and the way he talks to customers is horrible . Yuck .

This is the worst restaurant service I have ever seen in America and the treatment of the staff here is very poor
I think too many people working and only one person serving review the cameras at 3:55pm and see how many people on line. No one at the counter for a while they are not moving at all! People that comes here come hungry meaning order and go not to wait on like for around 1hr to order a plate. I think it needs a supervisor on duty for them to move their hands.

On numerous occasions especially with the night staff my order gets cancelled. They were rude and disrespectful to my delivery person as well. They don’t seem like they actually want to work. Hire better staff please.

This place is one of the worst Chipotles. The manager has issues, always screaming to the staff and to the customers. The atmosphere is terrible because of that. You can't just sit and enjoy your meal, it feels like someones' gonna fight any time. The food is not good too and very often they don't have some ingredients.
