This is by far the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever eaten at. The surfaces were filthy, and I watched an employee âcleanâ the counter by pushing debris around with their gloved hands then immediately wrap a burrito without changing those gloves. I was already put off but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and ordered anyway. I shouldnât have.
I found a long black hair in my burrito, and it was wrapped so poorly it was clear the employee didnât care at all. The place was messy, disorganised, and full of cross-contamination concerns. This happened yesterday, November 24th, and I had no time to come into the store to complain, but I have never experienced anything this gross.
Go to Guac Time around the corner or walk a bit further to the next Chipotle. Stay away.

Wanted to give a 0. Bad service. Current guy who works around 3-4pm on Sundays was very rude and got mad and threw the bag on the counter for asking to put the bowl into a bag. Lost my appetite and wasted my money. Worst hospitality service i've experienced, very unfortunate because it was one of my favorite food to get, and used to go there almost everyday.
