Customers in store made aware, "we have no more rice at this time, we ran out, give us 5 mins. " 5 mins turned into 20 minutes. Instead of the bowl, wrap was ordered with beef brisket. If no availability of rice, why should a customer have to pay the same price $17.04 w/o the rice?

bad service! I often eat at Chipotle chain, have been to many places and this was the first place where the service was rude, the chicken was tough with veins that you could feel on your teeth!

Smaller location. Not as well-kept as it should and could be, but friendly service. Food was ok. Ordered same bowl from the 7th Ave location earlier this week. Food here tasted different. Thinking less seasoning and too much cilantro. And less portion as well. Bowl costs $11.
