The potions are good. However be careful with the paper takeout bags which tend to break therefore spilling the food.

I visited this location around 11:40 AM and requested a standard portion of double chicken. The portion served was noticeably small, and when I politely asked for a bit more, the employee declined.
I also observed the same employee providing friendlier service and more generous portions to another customer immediately before me. As a person of color, this raised concerns about inconsistent and potentially biased treatment.
I recommend reviewing staff training to ensure all customers are treated fairly and in accordance with New York City human rights standards.
First off the roof seating has not been open since at least 2017 and there was absolutely no reason it should not be open second off the drink machine has not worked since I was a literal child. Third of all there’s a food bowl especially the beans, bro that should be looking better than the other chipotle in the area, bro. How are you bro? I’m not recommended bullet. The burrito was awful I don’t know who was wrapping that jawn

I go to Saintanns and it one block away so if it’s lunch I can go to chipotle to get food and it tastes so good there.

The food was delicious, but the portion size didn’t justify the price. We specifically asked about vegetarian options, and the server wasn’t very helpful in explaining what was available.
We dined in, and unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very pleasant. The employees were joking around loudly, which made the environment quite noisy and distracting. It felt more like a college cafeteria than a decent dine-in restaurant. The owner should consider training the staff to maintain a calmer and more professional atmosphere for dine-in customers.

There is a rice and cheese czar !!! Tiny portion size. I am vegetarian with an avocado allergy. I have to always ask for more rice like come on. Please visit a different location. She always loves to say what she cannot do. Like I am paying more than $12 for two tiny scoops of rice.

This Chipotle is a complete joke. I paid over $16 for what they call a burrito, but it looked more like a sad tortilla with trust issues. Half of it was air. I’ve seen thicker sandwiches in a hospital cafeteria. They barely put any rice, two lonely beans, and like three pieces of chicken that looked like they were fighting for their lives. The guy rolling it up acted like guacamole was liquid gold and he was guarding the national treasure. If you enjoy being scammed with style, this is your spot. Otherwise, go anywhere else. Even a gas station burrito would be a better investment.
