I frequently order delivery from here and every time I order two meats (steak and barbacoa, or steak and chicken), only one meat is in the order.

You can literally get double everything and the portions are still comically small, this place sucks

Responding to chipotle: this is a common theme at this chipotle, go to the one in cobble hill and they actually give you $20 worth of food. Why would I ever go here if cava down the street doesn’t skimp, it’s freaking white rice.

I come to this location a lot since it’s one of the closest to me. Usually the food is great decent amount great workers. But past couple times the quality of the chicken isn’t great.I ordered two bowls and both were with gooey big chunky pieces had to toss most of it ,they were all inedible

This place never used to run out of food before closing, I remember I used to come in as late as 10:30pm and they would still have all their ingredients to offer … how do you run out of both rice hours before closing? The employee told me I should’ve came earlier.

Super burrito on Bedford and S2nd street had all of their ingredients available and tasted authentic.

I don’t know why this one has such low reviews. Got my normal “everything carnitas burrito” and they were super chill and friendly with me this v-day evening. Even made me in a better mood.

You can always count on these guys to make a burrito as big as your head and laugh while struggling to wrap it

Way to completely screw someone’s night. Placed an order on uber eats. Ordered two burritos bowls and an order of chips and guacamole. Received one bowl only. One person went to bed starving.

worst chipotle in brooklyn and im unfortunately a regular. they just stop making new food once 7pm rolls around so good luck ever getting to order what you want. one time i walked in and the guy at the counter shrugged and said “no meat, we close soon” it was literally 7:15pm y’all. if you are lucky enough to get served it’s the tiniest portion of food you’ve ever seen in your life. don’t waste your breath, i’ve never met a group of people so unwilling to do their jobs in my life.

On the plus side, if you're dining in, it's never very crowded. Biggest negative here is that by late afternoon or early evening, you can always count on them running out of some key ingredient, whether it be lettuce, cheese, fajitas, chicken, chips, flour tortillas used to make burritos.. It's always something and I've been when they were out of any of these at one point in time. Occasionally they will have some of the ingredient left and tell you that whatever is left is only for online orders. So whoever is managing supply at this location is clearly not doing a good job. To top it off, staff might even have an attitude about this, although to be fair I did get a genuine apology on one occasion. I'd be shocked if others didn't have this same experience here. I even saw one patron order a bag of chips through his phone while he was standing by the register because remaining supply was reserved for online orders.

The woman who is the cashier with long black hair on the afternoon shift is super rude, l am a regular customer who always goes to buy kids meal for my twins. I arrived and told her that I was charged for two cup large last time I was in the restaurant, having bought two kids meal that are supposed to come with a cup small included and she pretended not to know what I was talking about even though she knows who l am, she told me l don't know what you are talking about with an attitude as nasty as the store that I always have to ask to clean the tables because they are dirty! I don't understand how they employ people who don't even know what costumer service is!
