I’m not gonna lie chipotle is chipotle. The food is gonna taste the same regardless for me It’s about the service only cause I also work in the food industry I know how it goes. I work literally two blocks down at a bakery. I went here for my lunch break last night, let me tell you the worst experience ever honestly I get it, it’s the end of the night. Like I said I also work in food service so I understand but the lady that took my order was very passive aggressive. She had an attitude and then she kinda just threw my food at me when I went to go pay and in the beginning, she asked me to stay or to go, and I definitely said to go, but she left my food open gave me no bag or lid for my bowl until I had to ask, and then when she put it in the bag, she threw the bag at me. I was nice enough to tell her have a good day and she didn’t even say it back. Like I said, I understand, but I just won’t ever be going to this chipotle even though it’s in my area I will be going to every other one. It just made me disgusted and I was already having a bad day having to deal with a horrible attitude please don’t ever come here if you’re looking for somewhere with respect and hospitality this is not the place. I’m pretty sure she was the lead or the manager there, but I hope that this chipotle staff knows respect is not given it’s earned if you come at somebody hostile or with no respect don’t expect that in return and I will be giving the same energy if I happen to stop by here in the near future. I was gonna go out of my way to ask for a refund for the way I was treated, but I didn’t even wanna have to deal with that Lady’s attitude. After I paid I wasn’t even hungry anymore. It’s just sad to see as someone who also works in the food industry who makes special moments for each individual customer and I always have the best energy when it comes to my customers because I value their experience. It’s just sad to see the same isn’t for me when I’m a customer in a different establishment. And that is the reason for my one star.

I’ve been here several times as it’s the only chipotle in the area and i ve never been happy about this place but today i had the smallest bowl ever, it barely had any meat in it. They messed up my online order more than once. Shop is always dirty no one clean the tables.

Terrible experience. I waited 15 minutes for chicken, and no one let me know when it was ready—I had to get back in line myself. I asked for extra rice and even offered to pay, but the server refused. When I got home, the chicken smelled burnt and tasted bad. Poor service and low food quality.

Whoever worked on Tue, Oct 14 needs to find a better job. A bunch of useless people behind the counter who don’t care about what’s happening at this location. The manager on duty that day should be fired — the kitchen looked dirty as hell.

Worst Chipotle location in the US. Rice consistently undercooked. Always over-salted. Tables dirty and unsanitary. One time I got a burrito that was smaller than a single taco you’d get from a taco truck. For $15. Avoid at all costs.

I love Chipotle, but this location is a big DONT GO… small amounts, wrong topics added and I was supposed to get Sprite to the fountain machine… and I got flat seltzer water instead! Really? I realized when I was away and tasted it! Smh And is not cheap!!

This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I lived in Williamsburg for 7 years and this location nearly single handedly convinced me I no longer like chipotle. When I finally moved and began going to a new location I confirmed that it was just the awful quality of this specific location—chipotle is still great. At this store, the service is abysmal. They routinely run out of ingredients (fajita veggies, guac, etc.) in the main section, and outright refuse to pull the same ready made ingredients from the side bar where they make takeout orders. They do this even when you’ve already ordered and paid for those Ingredients. Multiple times I’ve had them throw away my half way made bowl and make me order online and wait for a new bowl, rather than simply walking ten feet to the left and scooping the missing ingredients. Additionally the food here always tastes worse. It’s unbelievable how much disparity there is compared with other chipotles. Eat at any other location, but skip this one! This must be the single worst chipotle location in the world!

The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. There never seems to be any management presence around! Seems like they will hire anyone here. Been to other Chipotle’s and the food quality and staff are much better. I won’t be returning that’s for sure.
My go-to, home base Chipotle. This staff knows how to cook 👌 food is always on point.
Staff is also always cool despite being constantly slammed non stop. Always been treated with respect there. The place is generally clean enough for such a high volume location and I tend to eat at the restaurant most of the time.

I walked in and i greeted a young woman with long black hair behind the counter. I greeted her politely, but was immediately met with a stink face. When I asked for double protein, she rolled her eyes and said, “Omg bro,” with clear attitude. Completely unprofessional. Felt more like I was bothering her than placing an order. Overall, the service was a 4/10 — definitely not worth coming back for
