I've ordered from the Kings highway location twice the past week. Smaller portions, missing ingredients. Ordered for the first time from this location, better portion size. Would recommend. Hope they stay consistent with the work. Thumbs up!

I ordered a online order at 9:45 I got to chipotle at 10:15 and they were closed when it’s suppose to be open until 11, I waited outside hoping someone would notice me and they all ignored me including 6 Uber/doordash drivers, I paid for the order but never received it

Would love to review food but was never served.All I wanted was a chicken quesadilla. Was told by rude cashier that for some reason quesadillas can only be ordered online. Ok. Before I could ask how to do that, some kid walks up to the online orders shelf and takes an order. Cashier proceeds to yell at his coworker for letting the guy just steal food - this person’s entire job is to guard the mobile orders I suppose? But like the guy said, was he supposed to throw down on some kid who stole food? So between the yelling and theft, I figured a quesadilla just wasn’t in the stars for me…Anyway, the pizza across the street was fine.

This chipotle closes at 11 pm (eleven) correct? So why have all chairs UP and all dining equipment such as forks knives and tissue put away? Soda machine cleaned by 10:20pm? We are forced to order online and then they forget our drinks or any utensils because they’re in such a rush.EDIT: came in EARLIER to beat the rush (around 9:30ish) and this was STILL the case!!! The district manager needs to do some reevaluation when it comes to this store and their closing staff.

Came here on nostrand location january 7 around 330-4pm. The customer service sucks!!!! The two girls that was there have poor customer service with nasty attitudes. A brown skin girl was on the register and some spanish girl was serving the food. They love putting your food upside down in the bag. And enjoy making ur food sloppy they would purposly put stuff on ur taco that u didnt ask for! Management needs to speak with those girls because they are running valuable customers away! if u do dont love your job then quit!!!! So dissapointed spening my money there and they have a nasty attitude about everything. Not one of them smiles. Makes me and my family never want to go there!

I went inside on Thursday to order food of course. When I got to the counter no one paid me any attention. No hello , May I help you with anything... Nothing! When I was trying to get the staff attention the female employee who was in the front , looked up and rolled her eyes. I was out of there so quickly!!! This place was terrible... We the people gotta do better !!!
I’m very very disappointed in my order , they gave me the wrong type of steak , were extremely stingy with said steak too (i had 5 pieces) and had NO corn in stock and no vinaigrette, i don’t remember not one time i didn’t have a good chipotle experience now i am Annoyed and payed $18, i want a refund .
