I was having pregnancy cravings so I stopped by the nearest chipotle. Imagine my surprise when I opened the bag and there were about 10 chips inside. For $5??? Yall should be ASHAMED !!! I regret leaving before checking the bag I should’ve gotten my money back 😐

This has been the most disappointing Chipotle Visit I’ve ever In countered. This Chipotle is extremely slow I waited on the line for almost 30mins-40mins with One person working up front while the staff is hanging out in the kitchen laughing and giggling. The manager was on her phone scrolling on either Tik tock or Instagram. Meanwhile the line isn’t moving….no team effort at all. This place is dirty, tables aren’t wiped down… garbage cans are full to the top with garbage spilling over. No napkins, no forks around…..I asked the staff for forks and napkins and they pointed me toward the condiment section…which there wasn’t any. After mentioning there wasn’t any there…they made it seem like it was a big deal for them to get some from the back….. Very terrible experience here and I hope they get it together. I will not be returning here. I rather starve next time than come back here again. The manager seemed rude as well. Young black female. Didn’t want to show me her name tag.

Went to this location no brown rice there was a young man with glasses that said he was the manager was very rude the floors and the fountain station full of napkins an utensils are not sanitary whatsoever.

I wanted to try a new option from their menu and ordered from UberEats which is called wholesome bowl. Called me and asked me what is inside that bowl. How am I supposed to know since I didn’t make bowl on my own. They randomly put every items and delivered. Looks like they don’t even know their menu.

Pretty fast and the place was clean. Loved the vibe of this chipotle.
They never clean the place and it’s always full of screaming teenagers. Last time we went here, my friend got her food and they put stale expired chicken. It was also mixed with other meat that she didn’t order. To me, when I came around to order the young lady told me to order online because they were understaffed…. No words here. In general, the place is completely and utterly anti sanitary and full of weirdos. Avoid and save your money.

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The employees are rude. They refuse to take anything but app orders even though they're open. The supplies like napkins cups for hot sauce are not available; they don't even put things like napkins in with the app orders.
