Chipotle delivery is nothing short of a nightmare, and I honestly can’t believe they’re allowed to operate like this. We ordered two burrito bowls with guac, a quesadilla, chips, and juice — and somehow, they managed to get nearly everything wrong. Only one bowl had the guac we paid extra for, my friend’s quesadilla never showed up, the chips and juice were completely forgotten, and the food we did get looked like it had been thrown around in the bag. The rice was cold, the chicken was dry, and guac was smeared across the lid instead of actually in the food.As if that weren’t enough, a kid found a single stray corn kernel floating in her sour cream — utterly disgusting and completely unacceptable — and someone with a severe onion allergy specifically asked for no onions, only for the staff to completely ignore it and pile them on anyway, showing zero regard for her safety. This wasn’t just sloppy service — it was dangerous, careless, and infuriating.We paid for multiple meals and ended up with one half-decent bowl, one ruined bowl, missing items, and a stomachache for everyone who dared try to eat it. Chipotle delivery doesn’t just fail at basic expectations — it actively insults, endangers, and betrays its customers. Paying for this “food” felt like being scammed, poisoned, and mocked all at once.If you value your money, your health, and your dignity, do not order from Chipotle. They don’t deliver food — they deliver incompetence, negligence, and regret.

This place has fallen over the years...I was just there and waited 10 minutes and I was the 2nd costumer on line. Didn't even order cause I was trying to make the train...that was 15 minutes away....thinking this will be a quick grab and go, ended up with them caring for 1 costumer only like he's VIP.
I've noticed the fall of this location and will find a new spot to get food, I'm done trying with a place that corporate is letting fall, I'll help them close it then, maybe open up a 5 guys or whoever the competition is for this spot

Food it okay, but the staff as preferences on costumers, I saw how they serve bigger portions to people who chats with them and laugh. But when it was time for my order they didn't do the same. I don't need tho... But I observed.

This place is great but I really loved he food except the sour cream I asked for a little bit she put a lot and then when we where paying the total was 56$ but she said 66 dollars and said the drinks are free and gave like 5 cups even though we didn’t ask for it but it’s ok I don’t need a refund

This was one of the most disrespectful customer service experiences I’ve ever had. On Saturday, July 12, 2025, at around 7:50 PM, I went to the Chipotle on Kings Highway in Brooklyn to pick up my mobile order and was treated with outright hostility by the person preparing my food. They were visibly irritated, ignored me while I patiently waited to pick up my already ready order and gave attitude when I asked a simple question, and then dismissively waved me away like I was a nuisance. It was blatantly offensive and demeaning.
To make matters worsey order was missing ingredients that was paid for.
If this is how Chipotle allows their staff to treat paying customers, it’s absolutely shameful. I left feeling embarrassed and angry. This employee should not be working in customer service, and this location needs immediate attention from upper management. I will never return here and strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere.

Terrible location!! We placed a mobile order, and upon arrival, we were informed that someone else picked up our order that contained TWO bowls! They were adamant about remaking our order, but eventually did. However, they were then out of a bunch of ingredients, which was even more unfortunate. They were also all out of forks!
We filed a complaint on the app and they credited us 2 free bowls. We placed another mobile order a week later to redeem the bowls and this time, our food was packed in bags. However, my bowl was supposed to have steak, no beans, veggies, and brown rice. They completely packed the WRONG bowl for me and gave me a chicken bowl with beans, white rice, and no veggies! They didn't even chop the lettuce up, which made me toss out most of it..
Absolutely awful. Lesson learned - don't do mobile orders here, but honestly, I'm not even gonna bother coming back to this location altogether!

Terrible service at this Chipotle. The employees were inattentive and seemed annoyed when I asked questions about my order. She said “ I know “ but she ain’t even know about what I am even asking. Also at the cashier the guy didn’t even gave the togo bag. Even though the food and taste is great the service is at the bottom!!!
