I went there the other day around 9:30 PM, and the experience was disappointing. They were out of both chicken and steak, leaving only barbacoa beef as an option. Unfortunately, the barbacoa was overly salty. Paying close to $18 for a bowl, I expected better quality and more choices. For the price, they should maintain better inventory and standards.

This location was very gross. Tables were dirty upon walking in ...I haven't been here for years but it surely went down hills. I ordered my food online went to pick up. I opened the bag to find another person order in mine. Completely wrong order. Took it back to the staff only for them to search around for my order in another customers bag. Completely disregarded when I asked to verify if that was double protein since it didn't look right to me when they opened up a bowl to check. I ordered double protein, and yet it came out so skimpy barely one portion of protein.

Coming into the store you notice the tables were filthy nobody from the line came to tend to the dining area once I got to the line to order my bowl all the proteins that customers highly request were low when I asked the manager when was the chicken going to be refilled he told me it will be a while which doesn’t make sense me being a former chipotle worker I know the protocols and policies when anything on the line reaches the half way mark it should be refilled the server’s attitudes were just as miserable like they don’t even want to be there 0/10 once the manager doesn’t care how the store is ran neither does the employees whole staff needs to be fired honestly!

I can't visit this chipotle anymore, and that is unfortunate because this is closest one to me, but I had too many experiences where it did not taste good and fresh and the counters where the food is always messy looking. Also, the portions are really small. I never usually have to ask for extra protein, but once they hardly served a full scoop and when I asked for a little more he said he would need to charge me for double meat.

Kings Highway/E14th Location: I recently visited this location, and it was one of the dirtiest spots I’ve encountered. The entire place was unsanitary—tables and counters were filthy, and there was garbage scattered around. The staff seemed more focused on chatting with friends than doing their job, leaving the area neglected and unclean for customers. To make things worse, gloves weren’t being used when handling food, which raises serious concerns about hygiene.
The only reason I stopped by was because my daughter wanted some Chipotle takeout, but after this experience, I would never recommend this place to anyone. This location needs major improvements in cleanliness and professionalism.
