This restaurant charges $5.85 for extra chicken. If my order actually does actually come with "extra chicken", I'm scared to know what a standard portion looks like. The bowl is 2/3rd full when I remove the top covering. This is ongoing. For this specific order, they did not include fajita veggies for neither the burrito bowl or salad bowl. Will never order from this location again.

Terrible portion sizes. I was left not satisfied AT ALL. Wish I took a picture of the terrible portion they gave me tonight. Barely any guacamole - also everything else was small. It could fill up a child maybe, but not an adult.

This location is THE WORST. I almost gave up on Chipotle but then I realized it’s this specific lo at that is the problem. Food is ALWAYS stain. Bad service. Disproportionate servings and ingredients. Staff is terrible. Don’t go here!!

I can’t believe it, on 01/19/24 approximately 7:35, I walked 3 blocks to order. When I gent there the manager Alan sent all 3 female cashiers on break at the same time and told me online order only. About 10 people left the store without food because the was no cashier, he states I can’t open the registers. Please this store need a better manager.

I ordered my son a bowl with just double chicken, extra rice and beans. They never send no double chicken. I was very hesitant on ordering from this location. They always missing something or sloppy as hell. I went in location over the winter time 2023 to place an order and there was an older light skin woman and she was bitting the tip of gloves. I said to myself I will never come back to this location but I try again and disappointed.
