This seems to be a smaller location, so they seemed to offer much less than they typically would there. The older guy at the counter (only one there) didn't seem to understand the things we were asking for that my friends and I had ordered from other locations, which would be understandable, but he also didn't seem to understand what we were asking about when we pointed to a special drink advertised in the display on the window. They didn't have bagels, red velvet...
Overall, the coffee is very good. Not worth the premium price I paid, but very good overall. The service was quick and easy. The atmosphere could use a clean up but overall I would return.
Best spot for coffee and great management. I’ve been going here almost every week for over 10 years and I have never had a bad experience, food or service wise. Always high quality and fast.
