We found this gem while walking near NYC skyline. This outlet is located inside the time-out market and serves one of the tastiest Indian food. We even found pallak/spinach patta chat which is a rare thing.

Horrendous customer service by a young gentleman today on the receipt it said his name is Shahrukh. He was so rude and I said it would be nice if you spoke nicely to us after we just made an order. He had the audacity to argue and say he had a migraine and hence was rude and didn’t stop arguing. I said as a customer I shouldn’t be spoken to rudely or treated rudely but he had the cheek to say I was rude because he had a migraine?! How should I know he’s unwell and does that mean the service should be rude? Does the company have a policy to send employees home if they are unwell so they don’t have the excuse to treat customers badly. Would never come again, ruined my experience in fact.

We had paneer frankie, samosa chaat, papdi chaat and chole kulcha. Excellent food, everything was spot on.The sauces in frankie were amazing.I never had such an amazing Indian food. Everything was worth every penny I spent. Chef Amit was so kind, He recommended us Masala chai which I would was very well balanced.I can say he is the most humble chef with understanding if complexities of flavours. The fooood made my dayy and mood happyyy ??

Timeout Market is wonderful and it’s nice to have an Indian restaurant with samosa chaat available. Regrettably, the samosas were mediocre (tasted kind of stale; filling was bland). Service was terrible: order-taker claimed that leaving yogurt off the order was not an option because the samosa chat was “pre-made.” We watched the cook assemble ours and simply got his attention to request that he hold the yogurt, which he did. So all ended well but the order taker just gave off of a weird, jerky vibe where he would look at a customer and give an obvious lie right to their face. Overall, he seemed cranky and angry to be there.

We ordered chana masala, chicken warps and veg wraps. Everything was delicious and quantity was decent. The guy on the billing counter seemed unfriendly.

We ordered the honey chili cauliflower, samosa, and samosa chaat. Wanted the butter chicken but was told very rudely by the guy at the register that it was finished along with mostly everything else at 8pm. The food we ordered was very good. A bit overpriced but that’s to be expected for that location. I didn’t appreciate the forced gratuity on every purchase. Worst part of the experience was the EXTREMELY RUDE attitude of the guy taking the order and the other workers behind the counter. I would try the food again cause it was really good. Hopefully the staff learns some customer service.

I had the chance to visit Chote Miya and I absolutely loved the experience. The menu had several opens both veg and non-veg and everything I ordered was delicious especially the magic masala fries and mango lassi! I brought my friends and the food was so filling we still had some leftover. If you are in the area I highly recommend checking this place out

Had a chance to try out Chote miyan this past week. It was on my to go list since it opened, but it didn't meet the hype. It was okay food. Vada pav were overcooked/burned because of refrying, i think. They were on the spicy side. I would prefer/recommend "mithaas" vada pav over these. Chili honey cauliflower was crispy, and it was a good portion, but sadly, it was missing the Chili and honey. They were simple double fried Cauliflower pakoda. Butter Chicken was just okay... let's see, instead of saying, "Not so good, we can say" not so bad... it was an okay food, but the view is amazing. food court itself is very crowded. Food court has seating inside (ac area), and there are some tables outside, too. We loved the view. And yes, mango lassi tasted good.

I would not recommend it, after waiting for ordering food in a queue. It was not that the food was bad; for the price changed for food it doesn’t do justice. The place doesn’t provide freshly cooked Indian cuisine. I saw employees use the frozen food items that you can get from Indian stores. For that you don’t have to travel to a dine in eatery. No service, one needs to start questioning why do I tip when I need to go get the food. This is true for all the food joints in timeout market. The place had 4 restrooms and you will have to stand in a queue for 20 minutes.Whole Timeout Market was really crowded, it was difficult to find a seaton space and enjoy the food. The place was also really noisy

The papdi chaat is a must try! This dish had so many components that were perfectly balanced together. Be sure to get a to go container as the portions are big!

- unhealthily spicy ?️ we were not warned- the guy on the counter was not an expert on the cuisine- prices are too high- queues are too long- the chaat has only spice and papdi (many other ingredients missing)- not again

Decent food with some sort of fusion variety going on. The paneer khurchan rolls did not disappoint, the mixture and combination of flavors meshed well with the texture of the tender paneer and roti. The honey chilli cauliflower, however, was kind of a disappointment. There was hardly any chili or spice in the sauce and the cauliflower was not crispy either. seemed to have lacked salt too. the most sauce there was was a mild amount of honey that settled at the bottom of the plate. The bombay bhel was good, though, was crunchy and flavorful with each bite.
