I like that this chuck e cheese has a lot of games that are not broken. The one on howard beach is terrible. I took my kids on the trampoline (it’s an extra $12). But my kids loved it. I don’t like that there were many rules in there for kids to follow. There was no sitting aloud so there’s that. It was pretty good, but i heard and witnessed horrible things that a manager was saying to the employees. Very unprofessional and many employees are kids so a grown man yelling at kids. Truly disgusting. Overall it was a great experience, chuck e cheese just needs to do better on who they hire.

i came here on a busy Saturday with my 2 kids, we had fun and the pizza was pretty good. I noticed that a lot of the employees were kids which i liked because they were all amazing and kind. However there were 2 old men who i’m pretty sure were the managers looked miserable and angry. One of them would not stop yelling at the kids and i honestly felt so bad. It’s truly a harsh environment for kids to work in.and the sweet young employees look very confused on what to, like their trainees didnt train them at all. We need BBB (Better Business Bureau) to take action to review there mangers and working space. Disclaimer… (the manger is really lazy and rely on the young employees do most of the work.

The pizza was delicious but the customer service was terrible. I had two cards, one of which was enough but I added the money to the other one in case it ran out. I used the one with more money. The girl who reloaded the card made a mistake and put in half an hour of time and no points. They didn't give me a solution and pretended I had already used everything when I hadn't even used the one with the least amount of money. When I complained, one of the employees asked me and I told her I hadn't used it because there was a certain amount on the card (the one with the most money) and she told me that she wasn't going to put that amount on a card, insinuating that it was too much and that I couldn't put that much money on it. There is always enough money put on the cards since we usually bring the 8 children of the family when we get together to see each other. I left upset so we left, it's not the first time we've been there but this time it was an unpleasant experience.
If you like pizza, arcade machines, and slightly childish atmosphere, it's a hit. Perfect for kids, inducing small kids. Woks great for birthday parties, with a whole personalized spectacle around it. Chuck, the mascot, also periodically appears to dance with kids.

Had my son's 3rd birthday here! Last minute but they were able to accommodate for my family and friends. They have reasonable prices: 2 hour pass is the way to go! Very Toddler friendly...best part CHUCK E. Cheese himself! So inviting and playful its halloween season so the theme was perfect! I highly recommend

Not very many games some were out of order. It does have an indoor trampoline but you have to purchase socks and pay extra when you buy a game card. It gets extremely crowded. There are tables for birthday party reservations and open tables for those who don't have a party reservation.
