Whatever you do don’t visit this location they are very disorganized and unsanitary. I came here to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday and management was very rude. The party hosts were all over the place and they carried cake cutters in their back pocket which was very disgusting. The older guy I think his name was Lou would be shouting at the employees are being very disrespectful to them which was very unsettling to me. I would contact hr if I had their contact because this is truly unacceptable.

This is a scam, they say in stores that they can cancel membership at any time and then they force you to pay everything 1 year to be able to cancel, they do not give options to cancel only up to 15 days before the year and they have automatic renewal in case you miss the time to steal the money for another year, help me report this company

Nothing to do for toddlers 1- 3, no infants play area or Montessori toys. More suited to bigger kids.

Perfect experience! Even though they got rid of the animatronic, it was still a blast! The arcade was super big and amazing, with a big salad bar, and probabably the most delicious Chuck E. Cheese's pizza ever! Even though the customer service was pretty slow, it was still really inviting to go in there with smiles on peoples faces! The new trampoline zone they have is a really good way to bring back the feeling of the Skytubes for the kids! 10/10 experience.
