I've been a customer for over 10 Years. But I will not continue buying here. The service you receive is very disrespectful. I enjoy the convenience in NYC but as a native New Yorker, you will to endure a lot of nasty customer service, it sucks. The commenter about the spitting in food, I belive you 100%. You can feel the disdain when you frequent these businesses. My stance these days, is to not support any business that delivers nasty service. We all have spending power, use it wisely.

There food is good but when you call and a female answers she always get the incorrect order. I recommend ordering from the male rep. your order will never go wrong. Female is very rude seems like she’s never wrong. I placed few orders one with white rice and the other with fried rice sends everything with white. I call ed and she got upset telling me she repeated the order and I told her I said “Fried Rice”. This was my to go spots but lately… there are becoming very rude. They won’t see a penny out of me. I recommend also GRACE RESTAURANT which is a few blocks down. There menu is more authentic. Wishing this business all the best!

Food and service at this mostly take-out place has been good since I've patronized them. If eating inside at night, be aware the bright lights attract outside panhandlers inside the shop without any regard for those eating. It's happened too often to count. Management tends to ignore this trend.

As long as you don’t Get Piaoxling mad 😡 and allow her to take some frustration on you then you won’t get bad treatment, I volunteered here for a summer just to give back to the people and the community and let me tell you I witnessed some very disrespectful behavior towards Asians people as well! That is not ok. so I see why they get pissed at the people too. Does it make it ok to spit in the next person food ? Fuggetaboutit no like seriously don’t go on your phone or stare into space because if you pay very very much close enough attention you will hear if they do something to your meal. At the same time when I gave back they fed me some of the best meals I’ve ever had uncontaminated. Chun Chun just prefer cash also. They don’t like no visa or debit so that’s enrages the owners 😂
I wish, I couldn't give them no stars. The cashier, didn't want to take my order. The food portion was small, and soggy. I believe,the people who gave this high marks, was probably tourists, or friends of this place. If you want to be all friendly to tourists, then go somewhere else.
Loved the egg foo young and shrimp won ton soup. This is now my new go to neighborhood Chinese place!

This is a really great quick Chinese spot with super friendly employees. All of their food is good and I can’t wait to go back next time I visit New York!

Such RUDE PEOPLE I called and ordered food and the wings with fried rice is a separate order. When I got there it was all in the same bag. I just kindly asked for it be separated and the lady got upset with me!!!!! I spent $36 and your upset over a separate bag. She walked off and was talking about me. A whole big show over a separate bag.

I’m allergic to shrimp and they messed up my order one day and gave me shrimp after I went up there because I didn’t want to wait for delivery again. The lady got nasty with me behind the counter and was very rude now if I attempt to place an order they asking me to pick it up, I guess they have me on a list where they won’t deliver to me that’s messed up because initially they messed up my order and the nerve of them to give me attitude. I will never will be returning to this place and I would not be referring anybody to this place.

I WAS a loyal customer to this restaurant for many years, I USED to give this place 5 stars until the phone lady was rude and disrespectful to me over the phone recently. You cannot tell the PAYING CUSTOMER they can't tell you specifically over the phone about what extra items they want added to THEIR ORDER that is BAD FOR BUSINESS THAT'S CALLED BEING UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Im not your friend or buddy or someone you can take out your frustration on if you are having a bad day I'm the CUSTOMER that you must take consideration to talk the right way to keep me coming back with professional attitude not the other way around DICTATING rude manners will help YOU LOSE a customer like me to a BETTER ESTABLISHMENT who RESPECT THE CUSTOMER 1ST ALL TIMES!!!
It's normal chinese food, nothing to special. You have to make a $20 purchase so you can use a credit/debit card. Which is ridiculous. If it wasn't for my daughter, I would have walked out.
