I wanted to order 😕 based off of reviews . The lady i talked with on the phone was okay at first . Then she takes my adress and things go left . She tells me she cant come upstairs because im in a complex of 23 floor. They cant come up . I was confused becuase im only on he 6th floor. I explained i have security i'm in a private building. She then emphasized. People in my surrounding area are bad. Then explained how they don't go upstairs anymore. Because of people like me. I was shocked. Then I tried to negotiate and I asked well was there any problems with my building were your delivery men cant come . The answer was no . So basically the lady was stereo typing 🙄 me as a person. Because I sound black . I KNOW THIS BECAUSE SHE was implying my area is also bad. Well look lady crime travels. Its 2026 people are dieing for nothing and getting unalived on train platforms. I feel as though my area is pretty safe. Between classson and Lafayette ave is a very mixed diverse area.

Absolutely disgusting employees rude and nasty found food in food have seen bugs in store and they’ve overcharged me several Times never in a million years should they be in business the locals near them have never treated me this way and are so much cleaner

I frequented this establishment and the food is great. But as mentioned in other comments, the customer service is horrible. Extremely rude, condescending, and hostile service. Who wants to frequent an establishment where you feel disrespected? Never again!

I've been a customer for over 10 Years. But I will not continue buying here. The service you receive is very disrespectful. I enjoy the convenience in NYC but as a native New Yorker, you will to endure a lot of nasty customer service, it sucks. The commenter about the spitting in food, I belive you 100%. You can feel the disdain when you frequent these businesses. My stance these days, is to not support any business that delivers nasty service. We all have spending power, use it wisely.

There food is good but when you call and a female answers she always get the incorrect order. I recommend ordering from the male rep. your order will never go wrong. Female is very rude seems like she’s never wrong. I placed few orders one with white rice and the other with fried rice sends everything with white. I call ed and she got upset telling me she repeated the order and I told her I said “Fried Rice”. This was my to go spots but lately… there are becoming very rude. They won’t see a penny out of me. I recommend also GRACE RESTAURANT which is a few blocks down. There menu is more authentic. Wishing this business all the best!

Food and service at this mostly take-out place has been good since I've patronized them. If eating inside at night, be aware the bright lights attract outside panhandlers inside the shop without any regard for those eating. It's happened too often to count. Management tends to ignore this trend.
