I love this mexican food, the service is excelent, and the place is beautifull.

When we had gone to Chuys, their liquor license had been canceled, so no drinks or hookah offered. (They didn’t even offer us regular drinks). The food was subpar, the enchiladas verdes we got tasted as the sauce had come out of a can, no flavor, the chorizo torta wasn’t good and the queso fundido seemed on the level of movie theater nacho cheese (which I’m usually not mad at) but this just wasn’t it.I was excited to try to this place as it had my two favorites, Mexican food and hookah and I ended up leaving disappointed on both ends.

I got seated at the table and 5 minutes later the waitress asked me why everyone from my party was not with me yet there was 5 people waiting for 4 more . I told her my 4 guests were less than 10 minutes away. She told me okay. 1 minute later she returns and tells me they will not be serving us alcohol or hookah because they dont have a lisense. Everyone sitting at the tables around us had alcohol and hookah.....I have never been in such a strange situation

Would never come back here again. Went on a cold night, they had outdoor seating. However their outdoor heat was only put towards the front and the back tables had no heat what so ever. We asked to move and the servers told us yes once another party of 6 left. We waited and they ended up seating someone else there and said they had reservations that's why. Keep in mind, they DO NOT take reservations! Asked to speak to a Manager to move us and he said he would as a courtesy this time and wouldn't charge us a moving table fee. NEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING. THEN he added on that even though we might be under the heat that we would hear rats from under the bench! Do you warn everyone about that. TERRIBLE PLACE TERRIBLE SERVICE WASTE OF MONEY. The servers definitely did not deserve the $50 tip they took out! DONT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN ATTITUDE AND TERRIBLE HOOKAH!

Came here yesterday w/ my family. The service was meh, I'd rate the service a solid 6. We had to wait over an hour for our food with no updates at all, I had to wave down at least 3 of the waiters to ask them about the status of our food. The manager could've gave us complimentary drinks for the wait but that didn't happen. When the food arrived it was good, everything was fresh and hot. (7/10) Another thing, my family ordered 3 margarita pitchers for our table & you can only taste a DAB of alcohol in each pitcher SMH definitely not worth $35 dollars. Hookah 8/10.

Service was amazing food was amazing but once we received our food the MANAGER wants to kick us out before we barely touched our food. Pushing the check on to us. Mean while me and my friends were buying hookahs and pitchers. I would Of given a great review of it was not the RUDE MANAGER.
