I was there 21st October 2024 and the place was clean with helpful, pleasant and friendly workers. We bought ice cream & cinnamon rolls. I enjoyed everything purchased. The worker took his time in preparing our order. Will be visiting again this October. ☺️

The worst location I’ve been to. Literally the driest Cinnabon ever. What is a Cinnabon without cinnamon? When I point it out to them, they say it’s already inside. I’m not sure why I keep giving this location a chance. This will be my last visit.
It feels like you’re eating white bread smeared with icing. Very unappetizing.

Nice staff but the cinnamon pretzel i just received wasn't that great, tasted a little old, not warm and very tough. May need to monitor how long product stay out

Best Cinnabon location in Brooklyn. Restaurant is clean, staff are friendly and it smells like heaven when you walk in. The Cinnabons are made to perfection. They actually look like the ones that you see in ads. Please continue to serve good quality food.
