Food - It was alright. I wish they had the Oreo Chillatta at this location but apparently they didn't. Not sure why. The prices were honestly awful. $12 for a small drink and 2 little cookies is wild. Be warned.
Service - It was really hard to understand these guys. They spoke so quietly and unclearly. They kept alternating between me and other people instead of just finishing the current person's order. I didn't know if they were addressing me or someone else half the time. Somehow the credit card machine always needs you to pay twice.. feels like a scam but I get it could just be a broken machine. If it's broken get a new one..
Atmosphere - It is not an eat-in shop which is fine but it's very crowded and chaotic, the cashier deals with too many people at once. There was some delivery guy just blocking the door which is really annoying, they should tell people not to stand there. I asked him to move and there was still not enough space, the shop is just too small.

Undercook Cinnabon made my stomach hurt the dough wasn’t even done want my money back. Never again only order hot dogs and pretzels if that.

Cinnabon on a whole is awesome but I went a couple times to this location and ALL the workers were all wearing mask below their chins making the pretzels! On top of that they were talking non stop! I was really uncomfortable with that. They need to do better and also try to keep it a bit cleaner.

Went there today they were unwelcoming and sounded like they said “have a nice day out of pity or something” then when I said walking out I’m not coming here again….one of the preps said fine…he lucky I ain’t go back and beat him up

this is just 1 of 2 locations that i have visited that i like. the best one is still located in Kings Plaza Mall.if you never had Cinnabon, now you have a place nearby to visit & try the best dessert on the planet. yes, on the planet.its just unfortunate you can't make advance orders. i've tried. unlike my favourite 1 in Kings Plaza.
