Ordered an iced cinnamon roll cold brew coffee to go and turns out the milk has gone bad. Tried to call the store for a replacement but never picked up their phone ?

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 2 center pulls and one tasted weird so I just threw it away I thought maybe because it wasn't heated up properly. I heated the other one up in the oven and it still tasted weird, I went into the kitchen to throw it away and there was MOLD. I ate so many pieces before I looked at it. I'm beyond disgusted right now

This place needs to get it togetherOrdered a Cinnabon warmed and a flavored frozen coffee.Worker did not know how to make a frozen coffee so he suggested the flavored iced coffee instead… sure.Coffee had little to no flavor in it, Cinnabon was undercooked and not really warmed up much.Not going back here. It’s been open for a year and the person can’t make anything on the menu.
