Circo’s is the real deal. Old school Italian Brooklyn bakery. We got the rainbow cheesecake slice and the tiramisu cup. Perfect after tacos at Nene’s. The cannolis looked incredible. We will have to return to try out some other treats.

Picked up a carrot cake slice and rainbow and connoli slice. The rainbow cannoli slice was good, but the carrot cake was tastless and really dry or more like stale. Did not taste like carrot cake at all bummer because that is my favorite.

Placed a nationwide order for some cookies and pastries. When checking out, I typed in the address I wanted it shipped to (my mom’s house in PA); however I chose Apple Pay as my form of payment (forgetting that it has my own address as the shipping address).
When I received the confirmation email, I saw the wrong shipping address (totally my fault). I called Circo’s the next morning and they easily fixed the shipping address and they insisted staying on the phone with me to make sure that I received my new confirmation email with the correct shipping address, which arrived within seconds. The cookies and pastries were delivered on time and were packed perfectly, making sure nothing got broken or damaged in the shipping process and also ensuring that everything was fresh. My mom and I enjoyed all of the yummy treats over the holiday weekend. Thank you Circo’s for an amazing experience. I will definitely be ordering again for the upcoming holiday season.

Wow…. Terrible service. Been coming here all my life. I moved to PA two years ago and just moved back and decided I was going to order my daughters cake here and buy a cheesecake while at it. I placed the order for the cake and I must say the girls that work there …. Wow ! Their attitude SUCKS! And while I placed my order they were talking crap about a previous customer and laughing at them. What a way to make customers want to come back. While I chose a cheesecake I noticed the fruits on the cheesecake weren’t appealing and it lacked strawberry jelly so I asked if it was possible to add a little more. Boy was that such an issue. The main girl there made an issue about it. I mean …. If I’m paying for the dam thing the least you can do is add a little more jelly to it. I even told her the berries aren’t great I just want to add a little more jelly. Honestly it wasn’t like that when I was growing up. I remember the father and son were always there smiling and it made the place welcoming. I won’t be going back. That really killed it for me. But my wife went and picked up a last minute Mother’s Day cake. When we cut it it tasted like the fridge and the cake was cracking. It was gross. They lost their touch and love for what they do I guess. The girls have such a bad attitude. I’m over it. In the words of what Rachel Ray said about this bakery years ago “CIRCOS CIRCOS…..WHATEVER” that’s exactly how I feel about this place now. Total turn off. Never again.
I am 100% upset. I ordered the cake yesterday. When I call for pick up today they had me on hold for about 10 mins and told me they couldn’t find my cake order. We are cutting my son’s birthday cake and it’s soggy and not good at all. It feels like they gave me a cake that’s been refrigerated for a while. it’s collapsed in the middle and you can’t cut a decent slice. I ordered less whipped cream in the middle and blue airbrushed and that’s how I know they did this. They never customized my cake instead they went in the refrigerator and gave me another one and quickly wrote on top of it. I actually want a refund because this isn’t fair. Also I’m a loyal customer. I ordered multiple cakes a year.

I’ve ordered from Circos Pastry Shop a few times now through Uber Eats to surprise my aunt in Brooklyn, and I have to say, every time has been an absolute delight. For my aunt's birthday, I decided to send her a cheesecake, Cassatelle di Ricotta Siciliane, and a variety of other pastries to share with her friends.
When my aunt took the cheesecake to her weekly outing, she shared that her friends loved it. Her exact words were “5 out of 5!” Needless to say, it was a huge hit! 😊
I did have a small concern about the appearance of the cheesecake—it looked a bit darker than I expected around the rim. But I reached out to the team, and Anthony and the staff took the time to contact me directly immediately. They were incredibly reassuring, which speaks volumes about their customer care.
I also have to mention how much I love their behind-the-scenes videos on social media Facebook. It’s clear that a lot of care and craftsmanship go into every pastry.
